I downloaded audio books from iTunes. I had to get a new iPad and now it wants me to re purchase the books I already paid for.
That is correct.
You get one download of audiobooks. it is your responsibility to backup your purchases, as always.
Did you fail to do this?

I recently dropped my ipad and had to get a new one. I backed up the first I pad and used the icloud to reload all my data on my new ipad. Now when I go to backup the new ipad it says I cannot because I don't have enough ICloud storage available.
If you can't get the password correct, you CANNOT restore from that backup.
However, if you've been using your phone as recommended by Apple, there should be minimal data loss.
Your iTunes library is on your computer, so you can synch all your apps, music, movies, ringtones, etc, on to your new phone.
Similarly, contacts should be synched to Address Book, Outlook, or a cloud service for you to easily synch back to your new phone.
Pictures taken from your old phone and not synched to your computer are lost, but you would have been synching those photos to your computer frequently as recommended. Other photos that you synch TO your iPhone are still on your computer.
You won't be able to get text messages back. -

You can loo up your purchases in your purchase history ( in your account in itunes) and unlike music, you can redownload apps.

I'm not quite sure I understand what you're saying? Have you gained access to your mac, but getting pop-ups about your old password? If you have access, you could always copy important files and reinstall OS X from scratch. Also you could use the Mac as an external hard drive if you have another Mac doing the same. Those are probably the easiests ways. If it was easy to just go ahead and change passwords as so, security would be an issue. How is your computer locked? Is it a filevault password, or how much do you have access?

My Mac hardrive Crashed and had to get a new one, sadly my iTunes wasn't on my external hardrive. I have all my songs on my iPhone, will iTunes Match work with my songs on my iPhone then, i download them on to My Mac. Will This work? Thanks

The easiest thing to do would be to sign into your iTunes account on your computer, connect your phone and sync. iTunes should copy anything from your phone that isn't already in your library on the computer. -
I had to get a new Ipad so I need to restore from Icloud, but it tells me no Icloud backups is compatible with iso 6.0.1 so what do I do.
Restore from iCloud Backup
1. Erase all contents and settings (Settings>General>Reset>Erase all content and settings)
2. You'll be asked twice to confirm
3. You'll see Apple logo and progress bar
4. You'll see a big iPad logo on screen
5. Configuration start
6. Set language
7. Set country
8. Enable Location Service
9. Select network, enter password and join network
10. You'll be given 3 options (a) Setup as New iPad (b) Restore from iCloud Backup (c) Restore from iTune Backup
11. Selected Restore from iCloud Backup
12. You'll be required to enter Apple ID and Password
13. Agree to Terms and Conditions
14. Select Backup file
15. You'll see progress bar
16. Red slider will appear; slide to unlock; step #1 to #16 is fast
17. Pre-installed apps will be restored first
18. Message: Purchased apps and media will now be automatically downloaded
19. You'll see a pageful of apps with Waiting/Loading/Installing
20. When the restore process is complete, your device will restart. You should connect the device to iTunes to sync data not contained in the backup (such as music, videos, apps, and so on). -

Is there anywhere where the photos could be stored on my computer from my most recent sync?
Photos would be in your backup. If you did not have a backup of the device since October, and had photos since that time, unless you had imported them to the computer, then they are gone. When you sync the phone, it does not do anything with photos except put them in a backup. But if you are syncing regularly, you should have a backup newer than October. What exactly were you doing when you do this "sync".

I downloaded an audio book and i cannot get it to sinc to my iphone
It shows up on iTunes under books but when i Sync it does not move to my iPhone. in the settings on my iphone it does not show up as an audiobook...Help???
Are you certain you downloaded an audiobook and not a book. Will it play in iTunes? Or has it shown up in the iBooks app?

If you are not finding your purchased music in Purchases, it may be that the music is hidden. Follow the steps below in iTunes on your computer to check if it is hidden and unhide it:
To unhide your purchases
Open iTunes on your Mac or PC.
If you're not already signed in, choose Store > Sign in.
Choose Store > View My Account. (You may be asked to enter your password again).
On your Account Information summary, scroll down to the "iTunes in the Cloud" section and click Manage.
Choose a content type by clicking Music, TV shows, Apps, or Books from the top.
Click the Unhide button next to the item you would like to restore.
Note: If the item you are unhiding is not already downloaded on your computer locally, it will begin downloading automatically.

Enter the Backup Encryption password that you created.
If you did not enable the backup encryption, the backup is corrupt and cannot be used. -

You do not have to purchase again. You can download whichever version you purchased and install it using the serial number from your original purchase (look in your Adobe Account online for that).
