Hi, I have just purchased a book on my iphone 4 and subsequently downloaded the same book on my pc. However, there is only the front cover showing on my itunes on my pc and I can not open the book to read as there is only 299 KB can anyone help?

I was thinking that might be the case. I really appreciate you taking time to answer my question and it as put my mind at rest.

Hi Pat, My operating system is Windows 7, Home Premium Service Pack 1. My email client (email Provider is Cox Communications - Cox.net).
Can not in my post means I tried to open a pdf attachment to a email. I received nothing happens. I do not get a blank screen or any messages. Nothing Nothing happens at all. I can click several times and get no response.
I did discover that by clicking on the Adobe Icon on my deskt topi get an Adobe box containing "Do you want to allow changes to your computer. I click Yes and get to my computer where I can find the above mentoned attachment which I think I had previously saved. I then get the attachment whick I can print. This may be printing from my hard drive - I am not sure. I think I could go through this procedure every time I want to open a atachment but it seems a long way around.
Any help you can give me would be appreciated. I have thought about removing Adobe and reinstalling. Maybe there is a corruption to my Adobe file.

since 2 days ago my face book application suddenly does not open

I have the same problem it's been 3 weeks my face book app not working. I tried to reinstalling many times but failed.

Three times I have asked for help, I can not open my attachments. I have tried safe mode, no change. Help!

I had seen someone else ask a similar question. I tried safe mode, with no luck. I get an attachment with a PDF or PPS or HML. none can be opened. Hit the attachment, says it is scanning, then save to my computer, then no further action. Where does it go, and why can't I open it????

Not the most tech guy, so I was unable to open windows in safe mode. Tried safe mode with Firefox. I can not see anywhere where the anti virus software, is blocking. I was able to get on Internet Explorer. and when I hit the attachment, it said the same thing: scanning document, but I then got a pop up...would you like to open, answer yes. It did open that way. Why not the same thing on Firefox.

After updating my ipad2, i can no loger open Facebook.

I downloaded the new iOS this morning and now my overdrive can not open my book.

With the new Apple IOS 7 I can no longer open my selected book from the library in the overdrive app. Is anyone else having this problem?

overdrive may have an update coming soon, check with them on that.
you can also try and delete the app and download it again to see if that changes anything
