HT203433 i downloaded a book last night from I Tunes and why am I not able to find it anywhere on the I Pad?
Why can't I find the book which i purchased on I tunes last night? Even my computer savvy son couldn't find it or my grandkids. I am on a trip and would really like to listen to the book. Thanks for helping! Granny
When you have audiobooks on an iPad you will get an Audiobooks option under the More button at the bottom of the Music app - is it in there ?
Note that audiobooks are currently a one-time only download from the store (so they won't appear in the Purchased tab for re-downloading), so you may want to copy it to your computer's iTunes via File > Devices > Transfer Purchases so that you can take a backup copy of it - it should copy over to the Books part of your iTunes library.

I downloaded a movie last night from iTunes and it downloaded to my laptop and my phone but for some reason it now won't play on my laptop. The album artwork on my laptop has gone and it exists perfectly on my phone. What do I do?
I paid for it so I'd really like to avoid paying again just to see this movie. Is it because it's on my iPhone? Whenever I try to click on the movie to make it play it just does nothing like it's not there. Some Middle Eastern governments do not allow FaceTime to be on iPhone sold in that country.
FaceTime can never be added to those iPhones.

I think you can still save that music that you imported from CD to your computer and later suscribe to iTunes Match so that content is also sync in the subscription. I found this article that show you how to transfer those purchases from the iPad to the computer :

Hi, a few hours ago I purchased an "audio book" from i-tunes and i samw the files were downloading on my iPad, but I cannot find the audio book! What happened?

Audiobooks can be found in your Music app on the iPad.

I started downloading an App last night and it appears to have jammed up in the process and it just keeps scrolling, how can I stop this?
Did you try to reboot the iPad?
Reboot the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons. -
I just down loaded a few books last night and since down loading the ios8.0 I can't open any of them, help please

It sounds like you have audiobooks on your computer you want to sync to your iPhone 5. You can do this in the Books tab in iTunes when you have your iPhone connected:
iTunes 11 for Mac: Add iBooks and audiobooks to iPod, iPhone, or iPad
Sync iBooks or audiobooks to your device
Connect your device to your computer and select your device in iTunes.
Click the Books button.
Do either or both of the following:
Sync iBooks: Select Sync Books, then click “All books,” or click “Selected books” and select the iBooks you want to add.
Sync audiobooks: Select Sync Audiobooks, then click “All audiobooks,” or click “Selected audiobooks” and select the audiobooks you want to add.
Click Apply.

Downloading Adobe XI since last night on my MacBook and it's still downloading. Should I start again. I need this asap!! Why so long? I need it for a job application and I started it last night about 7 pm and it's still downloading.... or is it? I checked the times on downloads and it shouldn't be a 24 hour download.
Oh, by the way, I'm assuming you're downloading Acrobat Professional XI. Or is it just Adobe Reader XI?

Thank youError 6 on restore of firmware can indicate a mismatch in security setting. Read Resolve issues between iTunes and security software for directions.

My ipod nano this morning has started to tell me the accessory (lightening to 30-pin adaptor) I use for playing it through my docking station is not supported. It worked fine up until last night. Does anyone know why this might be?
Clean any debris from the adapter, docking station connector and the connector on the Nano.
