HT203433 Upgraded to latest ShazamEncore. Lost previous tags. How do i get them back?

My third upgrade for Shazam Encore was sucessful, but did not include previous tags.
How or where can i find them. Is there a a way to retrieve all my tags?

Me too, also upgraded to IOS 5 last night and all the apps, photos, books have disappeared from the iPod Touch. I can see them in iTunes, but can't figure out how to put them back into/onto the iPod.
I tried the right-click and choosing "restore from back-up" without success, as it had just backed up from the updated iPod without all the stuff on it.
I could use a really simple explanation: how to put the stuff that I can see in iTunes on my Mac, back onto the iPod touch??
And yes, it would be nice if Apple just posted a clear, simple explanation of how to do this . . . I haven't found that yet . . .

If you originally downloaded iPhoto, iMovie, and GB from the App Store, you can re download the apps for free using the same Apple ID.
How to re download apps from the Mac App Store:
Open the App Store. From the menu bar click Store > Sign In
Click Purchases from the top of the App Store window.
Select which apps you want to re download. Then right or control click where you see Installed then click Install.

Your signature lists both, Mac and iOS device - are you asking about GarageBand on your Mac or your iPhone/iPad?
If you are asking about the upgrade from GarageBand '11 to GarageBand 10.0 on your Mac, the old GarageBand version should still be installed. The installer will have moved GarageBand '11 to a separate folder "GarageBand 6.0.5" in your Applications folder. Open this folder and click "GarageBand". Does this version still see your old projects? If not, type ".band" into the Spotlight searchfield in the upper right corner of your screen. Does that sfind your missing projects?
If you are asking about GarageBand on iPad/iPhone, there it is not possible to restore the previous version after you upgraded. And I do not see, how this upgrade could have deleted your projects. Have they completely vanished, or can you not open them any longer? If your projects have vanished, restore your device from your backup: See: iCloud: Backup and restore overview

Everything should be on your computer.
You should be syncing contacts and calendars with your comptuer regularly.
You should be transferring all itunes purchases to your computer regularly.
You should be importing all pics taken with iphone to your computer regularly.
Most especially before any update.

Thanks, Huntress, but it's not in More either. I'm talking about the genius button/atom icon that used to appear in the center/top part of the screen while a song plays in the music player, like in this image (I used to be able to tap the atom icon to create a genius playlist on my iphone):

Downloading past purchases from the App Store, iBookstore, and iTunes Store
For other music you need to get them from where you obtained them the originally.

I had this problem post 6.1. Not sure if it was a coincidence, but I'd just recently changed my password after being convinced I'd been hacked, due to being told I was entering my password wrongly, repeatedly by iCloud / iTunes. It turns out my iCloud account on my Settings -> Mail, Contacts and Calendars was listed as Inactive. I am having the same problem as well. I think that it is related to the mobile ME or .Mac account. All of my calendar entries were in .Mac calendar and they didn't transition to iCloud. With all due respect, I think it's a bug when what is added are several blank screens separating a full screen of icons and the REST of the icons. I actually had 2 entirely blank screens before the majority of my icons started appearing again. I consider it a bug when many people have the same problem over a rather simple procedure. As people have found out, the apps were not "lost" in terms of being uninstalled...they were simply misplaced. Its not too difficult to understand someone's concern when when 5 pages of apps are seemingly replaced with one full screen and a single app on the following page and then blank pages....is it? I don't understand your statement below, when that is exactly the problem many were having and was a solution was explained by Joao81
above...after reading his post, the problem was solved. Call it what you want, it is a problem...just Google it.

This did not happen by syncing with iTunes alone. The Camera Roll is not included or touched with the iTunes sync process.
The first time you connect a new iPhone to iTunes that has been used to sync with another iPhone, you are prompted to transfer the backup for the other iPhone to the new iPhone, or set up as a new iPhone or don't transfer the backup for the previous or old iPhone. You chose the former, which replaced the Camera Roll on your new iPhone with the Camera Roll for your previous iPhone. This was followed by a sync with iTunes.
If you didn't import the photos from the Camera Roll on your new iPhone with your computer as with any other digital camera before you chose to transfer the backup for your old or previous iPhone to your new iPhone, the photos that were in the Camera Roll on your new iPhone are gone.

I Upgraded to OpenSUSE 13.1 a few months ago. Firefox lost the ability to give me sound with Utube video's. I tried the Tumbleweed upgrade system, but it was not to my liking. So I have done a fresh install from DVD, and most of what I want is working well. Firefox is not playing sounds, where do I look to see what is missing?

Are other applications able to play sounds? If so, are some things able to produce sound in firefox but not others? For instance, playing a youtube video versus playing an mp3 (which would be easy to test by providing a file:// link to a mp3 on your hd) versus playing a wav or ogg file.
If firefox is simply unable to play any of these things at all, you may be missing a vital plugin. If it is able to play videos for you but not the associated audio, try starting firefox from a terminal and check to see if there is any output to the terminal (on startup or when playing a audio/video file) that might be relevant.
If nothing above seems to shed any light on things, you may also want to try running ldd on it as well (in a terminal, try typing ldd $(which firefox) and look for missing libraries).

How did you migrate your files and folders, when the drive was exchanged , and what kind of backup of your old drive do you have?
If iPhoto came preinstalled on your computer you should be able to reinstall it drom the AppStore if you sign in with your Apple ID. It show on the "Purchased" tab of the AppStore, if you sign into the AppStore with the same iD you used to set up your computer.
How did you originally buy iPhoto and iWork? What versions did you have?
