HT203828 I can't use imessage or face time on my iPad 4

I Can't use my iMessage or face time suddenly on my iPad 4th gen. A window pops up and tells me to sign in and then I get an error message. Apple told me to make sure I'm update to latest iOS and still nothing. Anyone have any ideas?

I can not hear when I face time on my IPad

When using face time on my IPad the audio quits after using for a short time. Is there a fix for this.

Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button together for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears. DONT CONNECT YOUR DEVICE TO A COMPUTER.
then try it. if that doesnt work
Go to settings>icloud>storage and back up>back up
or back it up to a computer
after that preform a restore by going to
general>reset>erase all content and settings
this will delete everything except the enabled stuff on icloud.
You can view whats enabled by going to icloud in settings.

You can use iChat to Video to PCs that are using the AIM for PC app or have the Trillian App with the Pro Add-on (which costs).
As you list OS 10.7.4 you may find you can find a copy of the Messages Beta (technically it was withdrawn before the release date for Mountain Lion that has the Full version)

HT4245 sometimes but not always the send button is not activated when sending an imessage through face time on my ipad

Sometimes when sending or replying to a message through face time my send button does not work. If I close the app and reopen it the send button has worked but not always. This is very speratic.

You’re having problems with the computer not booting sometimes.
Do a hard reset.
Power off the computer.
Remove the power cable and the battery.
Hold down the power button for 15 sec while booth power sources are removed.
This should reset the hardware in the computer.
Next test all the hardware in the system.
As you power it back on tap the F2 key. This will load hardware diagnostics.
Run the startup test.
Clicking the White Kudos star on the left is a way to say Thanks!

Can I use Skype or face time in Morocco?

I was wondering if I could contact my parents through Skype in America while I'm in Morocco or Europe.

If the iPad 2 was purchased in the U.S., it will have FaceTime installed. Skype is available for the iPad at the iTunes store for free.
It may be possible for some governments to block one or the other, but I believe either will work most places you can establish an internet connection. FaceTime only works via WiFi.

I get to the verifying notification and then it just goes back to the beginning. My password is correct. I've tried turning it all the way off then on again but it didn't work. Please help.

It only gives me the option of signing in and when I do that I get an error message telling me that either my user name or password for my email is incorrect; even though I have been using my correct my apple ID in the password entry area. My apple ID works for every thing else. Please, can you help in this case?

Thank you for the question. It is common for people share an Apple ID for the iTunes and App Store. However, it is recommended that you use a separate Apple ID specifically for iMessage, Facetime and iCloud. The reason for this is because anyone that shares the same Apple ID for iMessage will receive all iMessages.
