SSiri is unresponsive. She types on the screen whatever I say and then says, sorry I can't help you with that. All I want now is for her to play the voice message I received!
Is Siri able to help you with anything else? Try to ask Siri what the weather is like outside or to create a calendar event.

I just got the iPhone 5 (my very first iPhone as well), I hold the home button to activate Siri but she won't say anything and it only shows the text of "What can I help you with?" at the bottom. How can I make her talk? I know that I have it activated for speech because after that when I say a command she'll respond when it stops loading. I just received m iphone 5.
Siri initially greeted me with the message "What can I help you with" verbally. That has suddenly stopped. Siri works fine for all other requests. It seems odd that it just stopped.
I've done a reset and restore backup and that did not change anything. I have not done a full system restore yet.
Any suggestions?Thanks, I'm betting that's it. I tried it fresh out of the box, then activated the phone, updated the OS and reinstalled my data.

I have updated my phone to iOS 8.2 and i m new to using iPhone. Whenever i am trying to open my iTunes store, its only showing me the option to open the iTunesU store. Can anyone help me with that?
Unfortunately Pakistan is one of those countries where media isn't available from iTunes - when that might change we won't know (we are fellow users on here) until if/when Apple announce something.
Are there other music purchase download sites available there ? Or you can copy your CDs via your computer's iTunes and sync them to your phone -
I download a game called warriors 3. I try to buy stuff inside, but it keeps saying your purchase could not be complete. Can someone help me with that?

The "What can I help you with" Box pops up when plugging in a line in cord
I have the retina ipad 4 and when I plug in headphones no problems, but if I plug in a cord that you would use for external speaker sound into the headphone jack the What can I help you box pops up like I pushed the Home button to give it a command. Not sure why it would do that , the ipad funtions fine, just thought I would this out there.

IPHONE popping up with "voiceover" or "what can I help you with".
My 2 month old Iphone 5 keeps on popping up with "ask me a question" (when siri is on) and "voiceover" (when siri is off). I can't listen to music without it popping up about every 20-30 seconds. (it is so distrcting) Can someone help? I am in Bermuda with no access to an apple store. I trired to re-set all my settings and also made sure voice over was turned off.

It sounds like you are unable to use the phone without either Siri, or Voice Over coming on constantly. Sounds like something funny may be going on with the Home button on the phone, which you would normally hold to enable either of these 2 features. You should use these steps to help determine the issue, whether it be software or hardware:

Try turning iPhone off and then on again. If the iPhone will not restart, try resetting it.
If the issue is still happening, try to restore the iPhone.
Seek service is the issue is still occurring.

The message says Ïf you are attempting to open a RAW file, make sure you have the latest update installed. I have completed all the latest updates today but still get this message.

1. Photoshop 14.2.1 is now two releases out of date. You might want to go to your Creative Cloud application and ask it to install Photoshop CC (2014). Earlier this year Adobe released 2014.0 as a separate install that can live side by side with 14.2.1. Then just a few days ago they released 2014.1 as an in-place upgrade to 2014.0.
2. You may be able to update Camera Raw directly to version 8.6 by a link from this page:

Identifying iPod models -
my apple ipod classic 80gb says there is no music - anything on my ipod, but says it only has 37gb free. Then i try and plug it into my pc with iTunes on (i've set it to do not automatically sync devices) but it still freezes every time. the only way to unfreeze it is by detatching the ipod or resetting with menu/centre (until it loads up again, where it immediately unfreezes and comes up with a load of messages saying "cannot read iPod" and when i try and restore it by pressing menu/centre button while it's plugged in, it says "cannot restore as it is being used by another program" or "error 1415". Any ideas how to sort this out? hope i haven't majorly screwed it up. thanks.
Sorted it out. When I try to use siri to book an appointment the last step when she says "do you want me to shedule that for you" I say yes and then she says "Sorry I can't do that, very frustrating. Do I have to turn on another setting or something?

Since you are using one of the the school's Macbooks, it is quite possible that the time and date are not properly set on the computer that you are using. FaceTime will not work if you do not have the proper time zone set up for the location that you are in. This past week, there were a two other Macbook users I've helped by simply telling them to set the Date/Time properly. By the way, you described your problem very well, which makes it easier for us to help you. Hope this solves your problem -- if not, post back and I can suggest other remedies.

What happened to the option to see all your purchased movies alphabetically? I can only see recent purchases and then I have to look by movie type. With over 500 movies purchased, this is a huge pain. For instance the movie Airport 77 is classified as Drama not action? But it is action? I have to look at both types to find the film. I will stop buying films via AppleTV if this is the way it is going to stay. I am not searching for films in this crazy manner.
Same issue here. Might have to do with size of library. I too have over 300 purchased movies. "ALL PURCHASED" folder disappeared yesterday on all my AppleTV's. My son only has 20+ purchased movies and his still shows "ALL" folder. However, I had him log in under my account and "ALL" folder is missing??? I hope Apple gets this resolved quickly. I too do not want to flip through various Genres looking for movies.

What does it mean when Siri keeps saying, "I can't help you right now, please try again later."?
Pretty much what it says, SIri can't help you right now. I suspect it's a location, nework and/or server issue. Siri is currently Beta and doesn't always work.
