After inputting my payment method in my iPhone5 I get a message saying that I need to contact the iTunes Store support to complete this transaction. Now what do I do?? Please help!

Contacted itunes customer service on the phone (waste). They told me to use the fast lane on line. Any ideas how to fix whatever my problem is.

When I called they said I have to email tech support and will get help with in 48 hours then sent me a link to what they call Express lane which i guess is tech support. The problem Im having is the in app purchase Im trying to make is a 20% OFF deal and a limitted item for today only -

I can't use my Australian iTunes Card on my Australian laptop.
I get a message saying:
"Your iTunes store (US) does not match that of your gift certificate (Australian)".You can't redeem that certificate in another country's store. You also can't change the iTunes Store country with an unspent balance.

Why after few in app purchases I get a message that "your purchase could not be completed" when I try to do more in app purchases?!?! It's annoying!!
Sometimes rapid purchases look suspicious if you have a credit card attached to your account. Store credit takes a minute to catch up depending if the balance is low on the account. May want to check balance or with credit card company.

I keep getting message " please contact iTunes support to complete this transaction", very frustrating it worked 24 hours ago from the same app. I changed credit cards, re typed in the security code for the credit card. Ironically was able to purchase music within I tunes as a test, then kept trying to purchase again and would not work from an app. Not sure what to do, about to give up. I have the same problem. It is only with tv shows and only with programs I have downloaded after the software update.
Apple support sent me the above link too....but it doesn't solve the problem...my computer is authorized and the content is in my library and will play on my Mac air, but it will not sync the tv shows, it keeps saying my computer isn't authorized for it.
