No, sorry. Purchases are permanently tied to the AppleID used when making the purchase - they cannot be transferred, merged or shared with any other AppleID.
You would have to login with your AppleID and password, download what he wants on the device, then logout. He would also need your password for any updates.

This is already 1 account, there is nothing to combine, versions of your address go to the same inbox. You can choose which one is used to send.
Go to www.icloud.com>Mail>Settings and choose which to the three you will use to send mail, you will receive mail sent to any of the versions.
FYI. You do not have a Powerbook G4 if you are running 10.6.5 (and why are you running a version that needs updating)

Try a reset: Simultaneously hold down the Home and On buttons until the device shuts down. Ignore the off slider if it appears. Once shut down is complete, if it doesn't restart on it own, turn the device back on using the On button. Prior to the 8.0.2 my iPhone, and iPad and the iMac (update 10.9.5) used both our original iTunes id (which became our apple ID as well) AND my own personal me.com apple ID but now it is either or but not both. Now my iPad gets some iMessages, my iPhone gets iMessages as 2 separate conversations, but my iMac does it the old way and just combines it all into one conversation
Can anyone help me add it all back together?

You'll have to have an ID you all share in order to have a shared iCloud account. It would be sensible for each person to have their own ID and their own iCloud account for email and their own data (each would be on their own computer/iOS device or user account on a Mac) and then have a common account which everyone would sign into in System Preferences>Mail, Contacts and Calendars to access shared data.
You don't want to be all using the email in a common account - if people are using email aliases remember these can't be detached from the account and transferred to another one. Having all your emails mixed up together can be somewhat impracticable.

Of course, you can combine several deliveries into one shipment. You can set your own selection variant to select deliveries with the same ship-to party.
You cannot combine several deliveries into one delivery. The combination of deliveres is possible only when creating deliveries in VL10*.

Yes, there are even defaults for naming them, such as LivingRoom, Bedroom, etc, or you can even enter your own name with the remote for each AppleTV.
