Candy crush won't let me purchase lives for the game, is the store only open at certain times? Message comes up to contact iTunes at apple for support. What can be done to correct this problem? I have ordered lives many times and nothing has changed. Can someone out there help me? I have the apple iPad mini.

In case this applies, you must have a credit or debit card on file in order to utilize In-App purchases. In-App purchases cannot be made from the balance of a redeemed iTunes gift card.

i receive the message contact itunes support to complete purchase, i already rang up and they passed the case onto some experts that deal with this and they said that i would receive an emal within 72 hours wait as i got told thats the only way these people deal with it but i have waited 2 days already and heard nothing how can i resolve this problem? i have enough money in my bank and everything so why is this a problem i bought two in app items £2.99 each and they were purchased perfectly fine but i have tried doing the same with the same in app item 6 times but same message.
