I have my ex apple id that we shared on my I phone and created new account. How can I delete his apple id on my I phone since I keep getting update notifications for updates of apps installed on my phone and I can't access and want the updates to stop. Please help!!! Thank u

In order to change your Apple ID or password for your iCloud account on your iOS device, you need to delete the account from your iOS device first, then add it back using your updated details. (Settings > iCloud, scroll down and hit "Delete Account")

It doesn't seems to cripple the system or anything, but it is so annoying. Not very Apple-like. I have deleted the Evernote App, empty the trash. The App Store keeps notifying the Evernote update. If it's a bug, I hope they will fix it soon.
Oh, and yes, I downloaded the app from App Store, not somewhere else.

Have you got any external disk connected to your Mac? If you have an external disk, disconnect it and check if the Evernote update shows up.
If not, you have Evernote on the external disk, so go there and delete it

Turn off keyboard. (make sure its' off, mabye even take out the batts since people always screw this up).
Turn off iPad as well..
Turn on iPad and quicky power up keyboard.
Now pair it.

To change the iCloud ID you have to go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account, provide the password for the old ID when prompted to turn off Find My iDevice, then sign back in with the ID you wish to use. If you don't know the password for your old ID, or if it isn't accepted, and your old ID is an earlier version of your current ID, go to https://appleid.apple.com, click Manage my Apple ID and sign in with your current iCloud ID. Click edit next to the primary email account, change it back to your old email address and save the change. Then edit the name of the account to change it back to your old email address. You can now use your current password to turn off Find My iDevice on your device, even though it prompts you for the password for your old account ID. Then save any photo stream photos that you wish to keep to your camera roll. When finished go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account and choose Delete from My iDevice when prompted (your iCloud data will still be in iCloud). Next, go back to https://appleid.apple.com and change your primary email address and iCloud ID name back to the way it was. You should contact Apple support and ask them to deregister iMessage for the old number.

Select the iPod shuffle in the iTunes sidebar (under DEVICES). If this is a current 4th (or 3rd) gen iPod shuffle, you should be able to see the contents of the shuffle by type, intented under the shuffle's name (still in the sidebar). Select Music or Audiobooks (not sure where those items from the library will be listed). The items will be listed to the right, for each category. Find the items, select, and delete.

NOTE: If this is an 1st or 2nd gen iPod shuffle, select the iPod shuffle in the iTunes sidebar (under DEVICES). Over to the right, go to the Contents tab, where the items are listed. Select and delete them from this list.
I find it more convenient to make a playlist in iTunes with things I want to put on the shuffle. I then set up automatic syncing (or use autofill) to have iTunes load the shuffle from that playlist, automatically.
