How do you put info from iCloud back on iPhone

Ok, my confusion. The songs are still all on my computer? Only the devices are backed up to Cloud?
I was worried that if I turned off Match and Cloud that my music would be gone. They sent me a message that all my songs were on Cloud.

Go to Settings>General>Reset and tap Erase All Content & Settings. This will bring you back to the initial setup screens, and allow you to choose Restore from iCloud Backup (see image below). Be sure you are connected to wifi and your charger as restoring may take some time to finish.

You cannot view what photos are backed up to iCloud. If you have Photo Stream turned on, you can see what was uploaded in the Photos app.

I need help with putting playlists in iTunes into my iPhone 4S. It used to be apparent, not now

In iTunes on your computer I would suggest doing the following:
Open iTunes. Connect your iPhone to the computer.
Select your iPhone in iTunes and open the Summary page (lists iOS version, storage/backup info, etc)
On the Summary page look towards the bottom for "Manually manage music and videos"
Put a check mark on that.
After doing this you can Create a playlist in iTunes and then Drag and Drop if to the Phone.
Note: This is most easily achieved if you enable the iTunes Sidebar from the Menu Bar: View>Show Sidebar

HT204053 how can i delete a defunct Apple ID from iCloud. It controls my access to iCloud and I can't change it. I do have a current Apple ID and Password in iTunes, App Store and everywhere else.

I click to fix it and it asks for a password for my OLD yahoo account, whick I don't have. BTW, this is all set up on my iPad but the account is not verified.....round and round she goes! If the old ID (Yahoo address) was an earlier version of your current ID (Gmail address), try recreating your old ID from your new ID by going to https://appleid.apple.com, click Manage my Apple ID and sign in with your current iCloud ID. Click edit next to the primary email account, change it back to your old email address and save the change. Then edit the name of the account to change it back to your old email address. Then enter the password for your current ID when your Mac prompts you for your Yahoo ID.

I have a new ipad air and a pc with windows 7 and office 2010. Apple store advised me to download the iCloud control panel so I could sync contacts etc with the ipad. Also I have an iPod Touch (second Generation). I sync'd the iPad and now when I go back to the pc my Outlook contacts are gone to iCloud. I need the contacts in outlook (as well ?) so that email from Outlook is seemless. Also all my contacts in my Ipod touch are now gone. Help!

As far as I know, Outlook will always default to My Contacts when you open your contacts. Just click your contacts in the left sidebar to view your iCloud contacts.
If you need to get a copy of your contacts to your iPod, download the app My Contacts Backup to your iPad. Use the app to back up your contacts as a vCard attachment to an email. Send the email to yourself, then open it on your iPod and tap the attachment to import the contacts to your iPod. They will not sync changes you make on your iPad or in Outlook, but you'll have a copy of your contacts.
(If you really need to be able to sync contacts with your iPod, create a Gmail account and add the contacts to Gamil from the vCard backup. You can then add the Gmail account to your iPod, iPad and Outlook and sync contacts with Gmail across all your devices instead.)

Re-sync your apps and content from iTunes on your computer or redownload it from the iTunes Store, then restore from your backup:

The backup saves many settings, but it copies photos and other files from the computer back to the iPad after IOS5 wipes the disk. Plugging it into her computer will re-sync it.

This may be related to a new feature embedded in iOS7 that shows all purchased music by default. Go to Settings > Music, then turn off Show All Music. See if the issue ceases once the feature has been disabled. This information is located on page 63 of the user guide below.

First go here - https://appleid.apple.com/cgi-bin/WebObjects/MyAppleId.woa/ and login under the manage tab. Check your information and be sure it is all correct.
An AppleID is nothing more than an email address, so if you see another email address in the store, then someone has logged in with a different AppleID than yours. Did you let someone else use your iPhone?
