I am having terrible problems with duplicates on Itunes plus problems with syncing with Icloud. Realised that rather than adding my icloud apple id to Itunes match, I have added my original ID which I use for purchases. You can change your apple id at appleid.apple.com to a different, non-apple id email.
But for what your after, this wont help. You can't transfer purchases from one apple id to another. You may just have to purchase it again on the right id. You could try for a refund at expresslane.apple.com but doubt you'll get it.

If you want to move to a new, separate iCloud account you have to delete the account, create a new account with the other ID, and migrate your data to the new account. Deleting the account will only delete it from your phone, not from iCloud. This will not effect other devices still using the account. Also, you can continue to share your ID for the iTunes and App stores even though you will have a different ID for iCloud. They do not need to be the same.
To begin, if you have any photos in photo stream that are not in your camera roll or backed up somewhere else save these to your camera roll or you will lose them. To do this, open the photo stream album in the thumbnail view, tap Edit, tap all the photos you want to save, tap Share, then tap Save to Camera Roll.
Once this is done, go to Settings>iCloud, scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account. When prompted about what to do with the iCloud data, be sure to select Keep On My iPhone. Next, set up a new iCloud account using a different Apple ID (if you don't have one, tap Get a Free Apple ID at the bottom). Then turn iCloud data syncing for contacts, etc. back to On, and when prompted about merging with iCloud, choose Merge. This will upload the data to the new account.
Finally, if you have any data in either iCloud account that you no longer want (such as someone else's contacts) you will then have to go to icloud.com on your computer and sign into each iCloud account separately and manually delete it.

In order to change your Apple ID or password for your iCloud account on your iOS device, you need to delete the account from your iOS device first, then add it back using your updated details. (Settings > iCloud, scroll down and hit "Delete Account")
Providing you are simply updating your existing details and not changing to another account, when you delete your account, all the data that is synced with iCloud will also be deleted from the device (but not from iCloud), but will be synced back to your device when you login again.

What a wierd thing happened with my device.
I'm using my apple ID for about 4-5 years.
But few weeks ago it started asking me about different (my old Apple ID) password for iCloud.
I cannot get rid of my old Apple ID in iCloud. It's grey and there is not way to change it.
There are few official apple manuals how to fix the issue: delete the incorrect apple ID and replace it with correct one.
Sure, I tried to delete APPLE ID, but it asking me about a password. I went to https://iforgot.apple.com/ and entered the old apple id there, it said:
Email has been sent. When you receive your sign in information, follow the directions in the email to reset your password.
I'm checking the email, but there is nothing. Actualy the Apple ID is that email.
So, I'm stuck. Cannot change it to correct one in iCloud.
May be somebody resolved the issue before?
