I can't seem to remove the apple id stored in my i phone (my son must have put his in there....) when I go to the apps store or itunes......
How does one cancel that?

my problem solve by me
first create apple id
fill credit card details
and complete your account creating process.
than go to app store or itune store
login your acount
click right side - account button
than again login for account setting
next go to payment information and click edit button
when u enter payment infomation
click none button in payment method and click done button.
than ur credit card has been removed.
but rs. 60 will deducted in your account when u doing this process.

Return your iPhone to Apple for repair/replacement, and ask for a white one. It couldn't be simpler. Whether Apple will comply with yuor request is another matter.

For total seperation...
On the 5C
settings > iCloud, enter your ID and password (don't create a new one), check which services you want to use.
settings > iTunes & App stores > Sign in, enter your ID and password.
settings > Messages > Send & Receive > Sign in, enter your ID and password.
settings > FaceTime> Sign in, enter your ID and password.

In respect of removing your ID, iTunes, Messages and FaceTime are as above, except choose sign out and not in. To remove your ID from iCloud go, settings > iCloud, scroll down and tap delete.
Originally you said you wanted to create an ID for him, but then said he had one, if you go to settings > iCloud you have the option to do either. Adding his ID to iTunes, Messages and FaceTime is the same as described for the 5C.
If you don't want any of these services you don't have to sign in to them, total separation will mean he doesn't have your apps to use/play.

If you mean your iCloud ID, you have to go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account, provide the password for the ID when prompted to turn off Find My iPhone, then sign back in with the ID you wish to use.

How to remove keynote update notification from App Store?

Hi guys, I am trying to remove Keynote and Page update notifications showing on App Store (since I don't use those apps). I have already deleted them from App folder.
Right click on the notification does not show "remove" option (nor any other option). Any thoughts?

You were right, I used migration assistant earlier and it seems that it created another folder for keynote and pages ( /Applications/iWork '09 ) and I missed to see it. Deleting it solved my issue. Thanks for the tip!

Whenever I want to make an update of a piece of software that I've bought, Angry Birds apears as if I had it, when I haven't.
The thing is, I want angry birds to desappear from my updates list taking in account that it does not belong to me.

Hi, My husband and I have shared an apple id for sometime. It has just caused complications because he is in Europe and Facetime and Imessage are not working properly on our phones because we have the same id. AT&T advised me to sign up for a new id and remove the old one from the icloud only on my iphone 3g replacing it with a new one. They said we could still share our music and apps but using separate ids in the cloud would resolve the conflict. I cannot seem to remove the id on my phone and am wondering how to do this, or any other ideas for how we can keep sharing our music without causing problems with facetime and imessage. Any ideas? Settings>Messages. Log out of iMessage
Settings>Facetime. Log out of Facetime.
Then, log back in to each of those using your new Apple ID.

How to change apple id on iPhone? Wife and I have same apple ID which causes me to get her iMessages instead of her. I also get all her pics on my phone and I don't want them. We need to change her apple ID without causing my ID and cloud to be closed.

Have her create a new ID.   Here: https://appleid.apple.com/
Have her log out of iMessage/Facetime/iCloud on her device.   Now have her use the new ID she has created.
That should keep the 2 of you separated, except for iTunes purchases.   You can share that ID in a family up to 5 devices.
