I am having trouble using my gift card to pay for a download. The prompt asks me to provide my credit card info. I do not want to pay by credit card so how do i respond ot that screen?

As I said, the backup that iTunes makes does not include apps (and music) if those items where not in the iTunes library on the computer on which you restored they will not be on the iPod.

Where is it you are trying to enter your email address, what exactly are you trying to do. If you enable mail syncing in your iCloud settings, your mail account is automatically set up for you, you do not need to enter any of the details yourself.

IMHO opinion the better option is to set Apple Mail as the e-mail client in the iPhoto preferences

First, try to reset the phone by holding the sleep and home button for about 10sec, until the Apple logo comes back again. You will not lose data by resetting.
If this does not help, set it up as new device, explained here:
How to erase your iOS device and then set it up as a new device or restore it from backups
If still no luck, get it checked by visiting an Authorized Apple Service Provider or contact Apple Support to get it serviced:

Anyone else having problems creating autotext entries in Word 2003 after installing Acrobat 10 pro?

After installing Adobe Acrobat 10 Professional I can no longer create Autotext entries in Word 2003.
It seems to specifically be a problem with the Acrobat PDFMaker plugin for Microsoft Office as if I dont install that option Autotext does work however I need that functionality.
I've tried version 10.0.0 and 10.1.3.
Is anyone else having this problem?

It looks like Acrobat v7 had a similar issue preventing Microsoft Word from saving changes to the Normal.dot template which was later resloved in the 7.0.5 patch.
