Yes, it should work. If it does not work at the moment, try to sign out of iCloud and then try to sign in again, this solves the problem in most cases.

When mail being sent from iPhone, it will be used the outgoing email server you had setup for the account sending email.
If it works on wifi and not by carrier, it means most likely one of the following:
a: carrier blocking SMTP using any other mail server than the carrier's one
b: your outgoing email server not reachable from external network (an example: 192.168.x.x server, it is a local subnet server, will never be reached from outside)
You can ask your carrier what is the outgoing email server you have to use, and add it to the "other smtp servers" info of your email account. When sending email, iPhone will try servers listed there if main will fail on send. -

Have used webmail in all previous versions of FF. Just won't work in FF16 or 17

Are you also accessing an email account and SMTP server provided by SBCGlobal.net with either email client and if so, are you able to send messages with this account and SMTP server when connected to the internet via SBCGlobal.net at home?
And let me get this straight - both email clients work fine without any problems sending messages with your Office email account and SMTP server when connected to the internet at a friend's house that uses another ISP besides SBCGlobal.net but this is an Apple problem?
If an Apple problem, then you'd have problems sending messages with this account and SMTP server regardless whose network and ISP you are connected to.
Regardless what this more than likely under-trained or just unaware person at SBCGlobal.net told you, all ISPs have restrictions on using an SMTP server that is outside of their network or that isn't provided by the ISP used for connecting to the internet.
Some ISPs allow the use of an authenticated server only that is outside of their network but some block its use regardless.
Within the last year or so, SBCGlobal.net made a drastic change in regards to such restrictions and conveniently neglected to inform their customers beforehand. Those using an SMTP server that was outside of SBCGlobal.net's network regardless if the SMTP server was authenticated were required to "opt out" of Port 25 blocking with SBCGlobal.net in order to use an SMTP server that was outside of their network which was working fine before this change was made.

I can't find how to apply sound enhancements (EQ) for the podcasts now with iOS 6.0 update on any of my devices(iPhone 4s, iPhone Touch (4th Gen), iPad (3rd Gen). Most of the "Podcasts" I listen to are music content based and wanted to apply sound enhancements(EQ) like before when integrated with ipod function. Can you consider to "fix" this issue?
Many Thanks!OK Emanuel I found a solution! I dowloaded and installed "Denon Audio" app from the iTunes store & it works great! It has an EQ you can set curves on manually or use the (few) built in pre-sets. It is a player like the Music app that comes with the iPhone, etc. but restores the EQ functionality so we can adjust the audio of PODCASTS:-) Until Apple fixes this what I consider a bug I will be using the Denon app as my default music player!

rogerThere's a link on the howardforum board (see the hotlink in the above posting) to a site where you can download a new .plist (http://www.megaupload.com/?d=9PH5DVRU) I replaced the iSync .plist with the downloaded file and restarted my iMac.
(the howardforum board has directions for "showing" the .plist in Applications; right click on the iSync application).
iSync immediately recognized my phone via BLUETOOTH and I synched all my contacts wirelessly. I too bought the USB cable but never got it to work wired with iSync and don't need it now.
The download also has a .TIFF of the RAZR, so your iSync panel will have an icon for it.
Took a little trying (I am not used to this level of tinkering) but once I restarted the Mac, voila, no probs.
PS - I am talking about the Verizon RAZR V3c. Good luck.

so, I have read the many other threads on this problem:
1. I just installed firefox for the first time - this happens on facebook and many other sites
2. I have reset firefox - did not fix the problem
3. I have checked all my extensions and plug ins for up to date
4. I turned off hardware acceleration
5. I tried disabling all my plug ins
6. I used to use firefox, but it started doing this and I was never able to resolve this and went to chrome.
I am using Win 7. No problem, ofr the most part, using IE or Chrome, I just wanted to try firefox again. Does it not work with win 7?You can try to clear the Flash local storage and settings if the problem is with the Flash plugin.

I'm trying to restore bookmarks from a .json file (as xmarks keeps duplicating and corrupting my list) and Firefox often works really slowly also. I know this as I ususally get a script message errors and option to continue or stop.. In this case with restoring bookmarks everytime I try to restore with my saved .json file I get an interruption, and the message " A script on this page may be busy, or it may have stopped responding. You can stop the script now, or you can continue to see if the script will complete. script: resource://gre/modules/PlacesUtils.jsm:1436" i stop the script (if i continue the same warning comes up) and then get half of my bookmarks restored or similar only if that, and another message telling me FF is unable to process the bookmarks!? I think this unresponsive script is the one that randomly comes up when I'm working FF hard, and causes it to run slowly- or it is a very similar looking message. Any comments and ideas appreciated .
Running on Macbook pro 2GHz Intel Core 2Duo, 2Gb 667 Mhz DDR2 OS 10.6.8One other thing....the same script error on Ubuntu Linux 11.10 on my old Dell. And it seems that the backup I thought I had made probably was saved incorrectly, again only half of the bookmarks I had sorted out were created in the file- i should have exported a copy as another safeguard!
