Welcome to the Apple Community.
Put in a request for another verification e-mail to be sent to you.
Start here, change your country if necessary and go to manage your account .
Also check your Mail rules and filtering, the verification mail may be going to a junk folder or even being deleted altogether.

I now need to verify my account via email.
How can I do this when I can't access my iCloud email without verifying account?Did you click the Verify Now link in the verification email from Apple (see image below)? If not, make sure you are checking the email address you used to set up your iCloud account. Also make sure you check the spam/junk folder as well as the inbox. If it isn't there, go to https://appleid.apple.com, click Manage your Apple ID, sign in, click on Name, ID and Email addresses on the left, then to the right click Resend under your Primary Email Address to resend the verification email.

If you don't know your ID, you can try to find it as explained here: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5625. Then you can reset the password as explained here: http://support.apple.com/kb/PH2617. Of course, you can only do this if it's your ID.

You copy them from your old computer or your backup copy of your old computer.

On your iPad and iPhone tap Settigs > iCloud
Switch Documents & Data off then back on. Do the same for Contacts.
On your Mac open System Preferences > iCloud
Deselect the box next to Documents & Data, same for Contacts then reselect both boxes then restart your Mac. -

If the contacts are still in Address Book on your computer, but just not on the phone, you can tell iTunes to force replace the contacts on your phone with those from your computer. You can do this by going into the Info tab when your iPhone is connected, and checking the Contacts box under the Advanced section at the bottom of the page.
You may also want to backup your Address Book information as well. It's a good idea to make periodic backups of your contact and calendar information in case information accidentally gets deleted or changed. You can find out how to backup your Address Book data here:
