You'll have to reset them. Go to https://appleid.apple.com, click on manage your account on the right, sign in, click on Password and Security on the left, look for the link to reset your security questions to the right. This will send a reset email to your rescue email address.

I have files that may have been created in various versions of Illustrator. We need to be able to open them, but all we have is CS6 suite. I have called and been told that "technicians at adobe" could perform a paid service to find out what the files were created in and get them to be useable in InDesign 6, but I'd need an email address that was registered to our software to give the help desk person. After finding the correct email address, different adobe help number people told me to come here to ask as there is no phone support. Sorry, I understood you to say you had the whole CS6 suite, which includes Illustrator.
As far as finding out what the files are, sometimes you can look at them in a text editor to figure this out. See below; the, Creator Tool line. Not every software package makes it this easy, though. -

No. Apple is not in the credit bossiness.
You can create a NEW account/ID for her using these instructions. Make sure you follow the instructions. Many do not and if you do not you will not get the None option. You must use an email address that you have not used with Apple before.

trying to upload an app and it is asking for my developers ID i registered but dont know where to find that Id number I have used my apple ID but it seems to be different.
Ended up calling apple and got this fixed. Had to change id since it was made years ago with the old style of IDs.

I am trying to update my apps but when i try to it says billing inforation requiered and when i try to take out the credit card it doesn't say "none"

1. Check if your form of payment is acceptable

I just restored my computer to the beginning and I did backup my files but when i tried to restore them i wouldn't work, then I tried to do it manually and the was an error. I really want my itunes files that I downloaded back can i redownload them?
If you are in the US then yes, you should be able to re-download them, as long as they are still in the store and you use the same iTunes account as your originally used to buy them : re-downloading
If you are not in the US then they cannot currently be re-downloaded. Have you not got a different backup of your purchases that you could try copying them back from ? -

You won't be able to change your rescue email address until you can answer 2 of your questions, you will need to contact iTunes Support / Apple to get the questions reset.
