I have changed my apple ID on my Mac, how do i change it on my iphone? It still shows my old one and I cannot access iTunes store.

If you updated your existing account then try logging out of it on the iPhone by tapping on the id in Settings > Store (Settings > iTunes & App Stores on iOS 6) and then log back in and see if that 'refreshes' the account on the phone. If you created a new account then any content that you purchased/downloaded via the old account will remain tied to that old account, and only that old account can download updates to its apps.

Deleting the account only deletes it from your device, not from iCloud. Your data will reappear when you sign back in, assuming you are signing back into the same account with just a changed name. The only thing you might want to do before deleting the account is to your camera roll before deleting the account (by tapping Select, tapping the photos, tap the share icon -- box with upward facing arrow, then tapping Save to Camera Roll).

Next, go back to https://appleid.apple.com and change your primary email address and iCloud ID name back to the way it was. Now you can go to Settings>iCloud and sign in with your current iCloud ID and password.

Hi maggieanntb, your sister's Apple ID came up because an app(s) was downloaded using her account. To prevent that from happening, you would have to delete the app(s) that were downloaded on her's, and re-download them using your own Apple ID.

You have to go to Settings>iCloud and tap Delete Account, then sign back in with your updated credentials. This deletes the account and your synced data from your phone, but not from iCloud. If you used the "Manage your Apple ID" login at https://appleid.apple.com to simply change your primary email address of your existing AppleID, then all you need do is log out of iCloud and then log back in with the new email. If on an iOS device, go to settings, delete the iCloud account, and then log back into it with the new email address.
If you actually created a wholly new AppleID, then you cannot change that for your existing iCloud address. You can make a new iCloud account with the new AppleID. But your current iCloud login would continue to use the same AppleID as its login.

You can create up to 3 alias addresses but you have to do this on icloud.com from your computer browser. This article explains how: http://support.apple.com/kb/PH2622. Also, incoming email to an alias address will go to your current iCloud inbox so it really isn't a separate account; just a different email address for the same account.
Each iCloud account only has a single iCloud email account. If you really want to set up another, you would need to add a secondary iCloud account by going to Settings>Mail,Contacts,Calendars>Add Account>iCloud, then entering a different Apple ID to create the account. You can then turn on Mail to create the new account. Mail in secondary accounts, however, is fetch email, not push (which is only supported in the primary account).

I used to synch to my work computer and changed jobs and my home computer does not have a high enough version of Windows for iTunes to synch and I just haven't wanted to invest in that. I am fine if I can just download directly onto my phone and now I can thanks to you!
