Check if your new username/email address is verfied
If this works, delete your account on your iPhone (Settings > iCloud)

I just got my Ipad and I can not download apps. I get a message saying my Apple ID has been disabled. I have reset my password, I can access itunes and icloud but still can not download apps. Can someone please tell me how to get my ID activated? TY
Depending on why it's been disabled you might be able to re-enable it via this page : http://appleid.apple.com, then 'reset your password'
Or you might need to contact Apple : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page
If it then works on your computer's iTunes but not your phone/iPad then try logging out of your account on the phone/iPad by tapping on your id in Settings > Store (Settings > iTunes & App Stores on iOS 6) and then log back in and see if that 'refreshes' the account on it -
I have forgoten the security questions,i have tryed ewerithing to reset all of the instructions i have recived from the apple support team. I still can not reset the questions. Can some body please help me to reset them. Thank you and best regards

I have done the software updates on my laptop but still can't get the app store
Hello,
I am trying to download the app store for my laptop, however, I have done all the system updates (numerous times over the past few months) and the app store has never appeared. I can't seem to find a link to download it from the website and am not sure how I am able to get it on my computer without reinstalling my whole operating system or something (which I really don't want to do if I can avoid it).
Any information on this issue would be greatly apprieciated,

I have put my head phone jack surcuely in but it's not making much sound. I have turned it up the whole way but it only gives me a tiny whiny little bit of sound. It only does this if I push it really far into my ear!!! Help!
I own the movies and I want them to stay in my iTunes library basically forever.
But in both cases the file name no longer shows in the movie list, so I don't know how to re-download it from the Cloud.
iTunes prefs > Store > Show iTunes in the Cloud purchases.
This will show all your iTunes purchases in your library with a cloud icon down arrow. Click the icon to redownload or click on Play to stream without downloading.

and techncially, you don't "own" the movie, You simply have a license to use it.
Yet the first thing iTunes does when you hit the delete key is tell you that it will remove the movie forever from all devices and the library.
Actually, no it does not tell you that.
FYI: You should keep copies of all yoru iTnue spurahses as the labels/movie studios/copyright owners can pull their product at anytime and it won't be available to redownload.

Can someone please just help me figure out how to update this stupid phone(iPhone 4)without losing anything? getting the same answer everytime I try to log into i cloud. I get a message that I have a valid ID and password but it is not an icloud account. I have tried for almost a entire year to go there. i have re-downloaded the icloud contorl panel. before I got this notebook HP windows 8 it was easier . I do not like Internet explorer so I downlloaded.Google chrome. What must I do to go to icloud? I tried Internet Explorer and chrome. I buy music on itunes and I am not sure I get all the content I purchase. I have had to reset my password often and my email address to. I once spoke to a live tech a long while ago and he helped me combine all my purchased and downloaded music. Now its impossble to talk to anyone on the phone or even online and i am frustrated.
You must create the account using an Apple device, a Mac (Lion or greater) or an IOS device (IOS5 or greater). Having done that you will be able to sign in from your Windows machine.
FYI, iCal is an application that can display calendars from iCloud (and others) it is not a calendar itself, merely a calendar client. In Windows Outlook is the calendar client. -
I have an account for apple but this is not acceptable for i cloud. It say it is correct ID and password but this is not icloud account. So my phone can not connect with my computer and not synchronization too. Last a few months i have not use this phone. Just i start to use again. I am trying to reset my apple id under icloud account information on the original pc that I set the account up. I have changed email addresses now and would like to change to new address. I have gone through the steps on changing apple id and password and have my phone hooked up to pc but it will not change over to the new address and password thus I can not order any apps or use icloud. Go to Settings, and then turn iMessage and FaceTime on if they are off. If they are on, then turn them both off, restart the phone, then turn them back on.
Go back to Settings > iCloud. Whether the current or old email address is displayed there, try your current password. -
I bought the photoshop install online and I put it on my laptop. But now I have a new and better computer for photo and video but I can not figure out how to reinstall my photoshop on this new computer.
