HT204053 I just reset my Apple ID on my desktop, and downloaded a program. The program shows up on my iPad but when I try to open it it says my id or password is wrong, I,m using the same id and password.

BTW the id and pw I use just got me logged into this forum on my iPad. The program I can,t log onto is adobe LR.

Disregard this question, I just noticed that it wanted an Adobe password.

The problem lies between your router and the ISP.
Pull the modem or router/modem power plug, wait about 30 seconds and plug it back in to establish a new connection to the ISP.
Try another website, another device and see if that works if not then call your ISP for assistance and/or reconfigure the router.
If your router isn't secure and you had bad leechers the ISP might have suspended the access or perhaps met the monthly data cap rate.

Mavericks is not recognizing the .smi extension - on my Mac it thinks it's a RealPlayer document. You are not going to be able to do anything with this - it requires AppleWorks to be present to be updated, and you can't run AppleWorks on Mavericks (other than by the rather roundabout process of installing Snow Leopard Server in Parallels and installing AppleWorks on that, as described here).

I typed the wrong email address while setting up iCloud on my iPad. I cannot change this. I have deleted the account but when I try to open a new account it comes back up with wrong email address. Both of my iPhones come up with the same wrong email addr.

Ipod touch 1st generation can't connect to my linksys wireless router wr110. THe signal is strong and there is a check mark beside my network name, but when I try to open safari it says "unable to find server".

If you run into the "another installation" message even after the reboot of the PC (which is an excellent idea by HTP ProXy), reregistering your Windows Installer Service is worth a try.
First, launch a command prompt as an administrator. In your Start search, type cmd then right-click on the cmd that comes up and select "Run as administrator".
At the command prompt:
Type %windir%\system32\msiexec.exe /unregister and hit enter.
Type %windir%\syswow64\msiexec.exe /unregister and hit enter.
Type %windir%\system32\msiexec.exe /regserver and hit enter.
Type %windir%\syswow64\msiexec.exe /regserver and hit enter.
Restart the PC and try another reinstalll.

Have you tried restarting or resetting your iPhone?
Restart: Press On/Off button until the Slide to Power Off slider appears, select Slide to Power Off and, after the iPhone shuts down, then press the On/Off button until the Apple logo appears.

When you say you have tried everything, it would help if you told us what you have tried to avoid duplication.
When you installed iTunes did you get any error messages?
Anyway, on the face of it it may be worth trying a separate install of Apple application support.
Uninstall iTunes again. Now open Apple Software update, assuming it is working.
It should offer to download iTunes. Don't do it yet, go to the Tools menu and select Download only.
Then download iTunes. Then go to the tools menu again and select Open download folder and you should see a collection of six files.
Before going on, can you get to this stage OK?
One further thing I would like you to check, are you ahving any problems with Windows updates? Could you check in Windows Update to see if there are any failures.

It sounds like you've restored Windows on your PC and iTunes is no longer opening and running normally.
I'd recommend using the instructions found at step 4 and 5 in this article to repair or remove/reinstall your iTunes installation:

Let the computer/iTunes download it. That is how Apple has it set up. When you restore via iTunes the IOS is reinstalled on the iPod. Thus, it needs to be on the computer.
