HT204053 on my iphone 3gs, I tap settings, icloud and the account is incorrect. Please help!
On my iphone 3GS, I tap Settings, iCloud. The account is incorrect and light grey, which will not allow me to edit the account. Other problems stemming from this have to do with storage and photo stream.

This is what I mean:
In the settings on my iPhone, I click iCloud which puts me at a screen and at the top is iCloud Account Information. Under that is Apple ID. This is where the wrong id is.
Further down the page is the Storage Plan information, which says cannot load storage plan.
Also, iCloud Back-up: " iCloud Backup is inable to access the (wrong account, again). Review your account information in settings." I did and ran into the problem above.

Call Apple Care for your country and ask for help resetting the password and the security questions.

No I cant do that as soon as I disconnect the usb plug it goes blank and when I connect it to my pc it doesn't light up so I assume it wont take a charge from my pc. When its charging from the plug and lights up it wont let me do anything it just says connect to ITunes and configure in all languages so at least its teaching me new languages lol :-]

My iPhone 5 with iOS 6.1.3 keeps crashing at 45%!when my iPhone nears 45% from a full charge it suddenly says the phone is 20% then 10% then 1% and then it goes dead.when I plug in the charger instead of waitin a few minutes for it to turn on,it instantly turns on and says the battery is 45%!this is OK at home where I can keep the charger plugged in but what about when im on the go?PLEASE HELP!!!
This is most likely faulty battery. Make Genius reservation or set up service and take or send to Apple for resolution under Warranty.

It was the strangest thing. You would think that once you delete a message off your phone it is gone.
But in the "search iPhone" feature several key numbers like an area code reveal phone numbers of people
who aren't in my contact list, specifically the first few words of text messages that I deleted long ago.
I would like to eliminate these once and for all.
Will "Erase Content and settings" do this for good? Once I restore the phone will they come back?

If there are any saved web pages or HTML files in the same folder that you're trying to upload from, move or delete those files and try again. Otherwise, try moving the files you want to upload to a different folder.

Or you can try what lots of other people have found, and thats that the base connector is dirty and the contacts are shorted by some debris.
The Apple store guys are good at cleaning them out - if you do it yourself, do not use any liquids at all. -
I can't sign in Game Center all my games are showing there new, I tried to connect to itunes to restore it to see if that will fix it nothing all. ever since this update. As soon as I finished the update this morning it reseted my phone completly like it was brand new. tried recovering from itunes and it didn't work had to set up as "new iphone" and as soon as I did that it came on and had everything on there from apps pictures and contacts.

I'm stuck in my settings app and can't get out, please help!
It's an iphone 4. It told me to make some more room and in storage and I did but not it won't let me out of the app! I can move around in it but it won't let me get to the home screen or lock it. I've tried holding down the lock button but it doesn't work. I'm freaking out badly, please someone help me!!!
Hold down the Home and Sleep/Wake buttons for 10-15 seconds or until the screen goes dark. Then, press and hold the power button to power it back up.
This resets the phone and it should work as expected once it boots back up

The photos and videos are not imported that way. The problem lies with whatever photo/video viewing software you are using with Windoze which is ignoring or not recognizing the photo/video orientation info which is included with the photo/video EXIF data by the iPhone.
I've never had this problem but I use a Mac which doesn't ignore photo/video orientation info included with photo/video EXIF data.
