You may also want to reset your network settings:
Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings.
Note: this will delete any network related settings (saved Wi-Fi passwords, etc), it will not erase any content from your device.

icloud keeps emailing me saying my account cannot be billed - please go to "settings" and click on "accounts". There is no "accounts" in my icloud . I checked into apple accounts and it says the credit card has expired. It has not. what now?
The credit card used is that registered in the iTunes Store. Open the Store and go to your account. Click 'edit' next to 'payment details' and amend the card details if necessary.

I have successfully used iWork with Pages on my iPad 2 for several months. Just recently, it asks me to sign in with my Apple ID. I do so, and get the error message, "Your Apple ID couldn't be verified. Please check your network connection and try again."
Obviously I checked my network connection. No problems. I upload documents from Pages on my iMac, no problem. I can log into iCloud.com, and all my recent documents are there. I am just unable to upload directly to iWork from my iPad 2.I have this problem as well and it's driving me crazy. Since I do not have an airprint printer, I have to upload everything to iwork to be able to then send it to another program to print. So until Apple fixes this, I cannot print from my iPad.
VERY frustrating. This has been happening off and on for a couple of weeks. -
When attempting to use Facetime, I receive the message "Could not sign in. Please check your network connection and try again."
I rebooted the app, and rebooted the iPad to no avail.

I am not able to use my iMessage after updating to iOS 7.0.2. Although I have tried to sign in as many times as possible, a sign writing "could not sign in. Please check your network connection and try again". My network bar is 4-5/5 but I still could not sign in.

I konw the album, but it appears that in the Itune store the songs are not for the very artist. Please check and let us know about the proper album. So our school lets us use Macbook Airs for the school year, and it has facetime on it. I know facetime isn't blocked because like everyone else is using it. So I decide to give it a try. I click the icon, it says enter your apple ID. I dont have one, so I click to make one, and do so. I then enter my apple ID and click next. The screen reads "People will call you using your email address. What email address would you like to use?" I enter my email address in the box below the message, and then go to my email and click the link, and sign in, thus verifying the email. I go back to the facetime window, and click next. At the top it says Verified, but when I click next it doesn't go on to the next step, it simply blacks out the next button so that I can not click it, and after a few minutes a message comes up that says "Could not verify the email address. Please check your network connection and try again."
So that is the issue, please help!!!!!

Since you are using one of the the school's Macbooks, it is quite possible that the time and date are not properly set on the computer that you are using. FaceTime will not work if you do not have the proper time zone set up for the location that you are in. This past week, there were a two other Macbook users I've helped by simply telling them to set the Date/Time properly. By the way, you described your problem very well, which makes it easier for us to help you. Hope this solves your problem -- if not, post back and I can suggest other remedies.

I get the following message when I go to "check for updates" on iTunes (I have XP on windows). Error message: "The iTunes update server could not be contacted. Please check your internet connection or try again later".
My firewall (both anti virus firewall and windows firewall, are set up to allow itunes programme to work) - I also have set both internet explorer and chrome to allow
apple website as an exception.
However, I still get the same error message... can anyone help?

Hello, I've started having an issue downloading songs and apps from iTunes to our PC which has Windows XP Professional installed. We also use Karspersky Anti-Virus and Firefox as an internet browser. Have never had this issue before, it comes up with "An unknow error has occured and downloads are stopped with an error 8003. Also says please check your network connection" We have no issue connecting to iTunes store or the network so not sure how to fix this. It is very frustrating. Have checked Windows Firewall and iTunes is an exception, can't think of anything else why it won't work.
I sounds as though you need to start again. The following article tells you how to completely remove iTunes and Quicktime. If you didn't actually install iTunes you wont find it in add/remove programs so you can't do that bit, but still delete the iTunes folder in Program Files as advised in the article.

Itunes wont move your music for you, get iTune sgoing then ask again.
