How do you remove an Apple ID from your iphone? It is my husband's ID but I just created my own so I need to delete his.

If your old ID is an earlier version of your new/current ID you won't need to verify the old address. Go to https://appleid.apple.com, click Manage my Apple ID and sign in with your current iCloud ID. You can now use your current password to turn off Find My iDevice, even though it prompts you for the password for your old account ID. Next, go back to https://appleid.apple.com and change your primary email address and iCloud ID name back to the way it was (you may need to verify your current email address again). Hi, My husband and I have shared an apple id for sometime. It has just caused complications because he is in Europe and Facetime and Imessage are not working properly on our phones because we have the same id. AT&T advised me to sign up for a new id and remove the old one from the icloud only on my iphone 3g replacing it with a new one. They said we could still share our music and apps but using separate ids in the cloud would resolve the conflict. I cannot seem to remove the id on my phone and am wondering how to do this, or any other ideas for how we can keep sharing our music without causing problems with facetime and imessage. Any ideas? Settings>iCloud. Log out
Settings>Messages. Log out of iMessage
Settings>Facetime. Log out of Facetime.
Then, log back in to each of those using your new Apple ID.

Although there is not a way to remove past purchases from your iTunes account completely, you can hide them so that you don't have to see them if you don't want to. This article will help you do that:
iTunes Store: Hiding and unhiding purchases - Apple Support
Hide your purchases
Open iTunes on your Mac or PC.
From the Store menu, choose Store > Sign In, and then enter your Apple ID and password.
Go to the iTunes Store.
Click Purchased from the Quick Links section on the right side of the iTunes Store.
Choose a content type by clicking Music, Movies, TV Shows, Apps, or Books from the top of the window.
A list of your purchased items for the content type you are viewing will appear. Mouse over the item you want to hide until an X appears its top-left corner.
A confirmation dialog will appear once you click the X.

You have had good information here. I will not repeat that here.
I would like to add:
you have incompatible software: start in SafeMode, read Woodmeister and see if it is free of issues.
Akamai is crap software needed or not, Huawei the same.
It is very possible that the keygenerator you used for generating a key for some softwares has infected your mac.
The non-regular software with the false key(s) are not compatible probably or generate malware. Luckily you can not update them automatically because the keygenerator blocked the software for contacting the developer... I propose to consider getting rid of those softwares by really good uninstalling.
You have a beautiful mac, don't degenerate it with crapped software. There are alternatives for expensive software, for example Adobe Photoshop has a free alternative (with a less beautiful interface) in GIMP. And so on.

Purchased new iphone 5s, installed with itunes restoring backup from iphone 4 (which was too old a backup). It restored an old apple id (which i do not use anymore) in the iCloud settings while having my new Apple Id in the Itunes & App Store. I cannot turn off the iCloud setting due to old AppleId popping up - which does not exist.. How do i remove the old Apple Id from icloud setting on the phone.
I cannot erase the phone as it asks for the password for the old Apple Id. And i cannot do the restore again (after i made a recent back up my iphone 4) as itunes asks me to turn off Find my phone.

The Apple ID exists. The email address you used to create it may not, but the Apple ID does. Call AppleCare and ask to speak to someone in account security.

I have 2 iphone 4s's currently. One is my old phone and the other is new. Both are associated with my apple id. I have tried deleting my apple id from the old phone etc but it unassociates my id from the new phone as well. Anything i do on old pphone happens to new phone too and vice versa. I only want my new one to be associated and have someone wanting to buy my old phone. How do i remove my apple id from my old phone so i can sell it and not have issues?

I have an Iphone 5, 7.1.2 model. I have been attempting to add new songs onto my phone but do not have any available space. Although I have deleted and removed apps and other space eating products from my phone, I still do not have enough space to add the new songs that I would like to include on my phone. The final option would be for me to remove some songs from my phone that I no longer listen to. Problem is, I can't seem to find a way or any direction on just how to do that. Wonder if anyone has successfully removed songs from their phone and/or library as a way to free up space to replace them with new songs?

Upgraded phone this morning now I can't find Airplay to view my photos, listen to music, or view videos through my Apple TV. Where has Airplay gone? Have Apple removed it from iPhone 4?

Scratch that, I've found it. The airplay icon only appears on the phone if the Apple TV is switched on. D'oh!
