Welcome to the Apple community.
You can add more than one account to your iPad, but you can only have one primary account. Secondary accounts which you can add at settings> mail, contacts, calendars do not have all the features of a primary account such as photo stream.

my sister's account can't recovered because she already forgot the secret answer, also her yahoo hacked, so that she can't recover it using her yahoo, then her icloud is off, so that i can't change to another account, the terms and conditions is "unable to connect to the server".

How do I set up multiple iCloud calendars in Outlook?

I am trying to run to two iCloud accounts in Outlook. One is my own, private, the other is a shared account for my family. The shared family account is mainly used for calendaring (shared family calendar). I have set up my private account using iCloud Control Panel. Since this can only handle one account I need to find a way to set up the family account in Outlook. I have set up an IMAP account in Outlook for the family iCloud account, but this only gives me the mail.
How do I get the iCloud calendar for the family account into Outlook? (Without using iCloud Control Panel since that would remove my private iCloud account, includig calendar)

Your secondary iCloud accounts can be set up and viewed in Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars on your iOS device, or Apple () menu > System Preferences > Mail, Contacts, Calendars on OS X Lion. You may choose to do this if you have a second iCloud account and need to access its Mail, Contacts, or Calendar data.
Note: While you can configure multiple iCloud Mail accounts in iOS, Push mail will only work for the primary iCloud account in iOS. Secondary account(s) will check for mail based on the settings in Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars > Fetch New Data.
It's not something I can test - I suppose the second account's data gets added to the lists in iCal and Address Book?

You might want to go to icloud.com, sign into your iCloud account, click on your name at the top and choose Account settings, then click Time Zone and confirm that the correct time zone is set and you have selected a city near you. (If not, click the city name under the map and choose a major city near you that shares the same time zone.)

ICloud calendar on mac not syncing to iPhone (very well)

Hi. I have recently switched from Google calendar to purely using my iCloud calendar. I created brand new iCloud calendars. Imported the events from Google calendars and it seemed mostly to work. The events seem the same on my iMac as on my iPhone. However, it seems to be very slow. For instance. I just added a test event on my mac iCloud calendar and am still waiting (half an hour later) for it to show up on my iphone. I thought iCloud was meant to be instant. I don't get why there is such a delay.

On the Mac, open Calendar/Preferences/Accounts/Account Information. Make sure the Refresh Calendars rate is set to "Push"

You can only log into a single account as a primary account, check system preferences > mail, contacts & calendars to see if you have added any secondary accounts.

You can set up separate iCloud accounts for each of you and sign into your account on both your iPhone and iPad.
To change the account on her phone, go to Settings>iCloud and tap Delete Account, choose Keep on My iPhone when prompted. (This only deletes the account from her phone; not from iCloud.) Then sign in with a different ID to create her new account (and use this ID for iMessage and FaceTime too). After setting up the account on her phone, she can then sign in with the same ID on her iPad to sync iCloud data between her devices.
You can then sign into you iCloud account using your ID on your devices, and both of you can continue to share the same ID in Settings>iTunes & App Stores.

Sorry, but that is not supported at this time. You can stop using one of them by turning it off in the iCloud preferences, but any purchased items tied to the Apple ID will remain as such.

Can a person view two icloud calendars seprately rather than together?

The company I work for has a PA to two different people, both have their calendars on iCloud. She says that she wants to view them separetly rather than together.

Not 100% sure about what you are asking, but if you uncheck the calendars appropriately you can view as many or as few calendars as you want.

The minimum requirement for iCloud is Lion 10.7.5 (Mavericks preferred): the iCloud Preference Pane does not appear on earlier systems - the MobileMe pane appears on Lion and earlier but is now non-functional - you cannot now open or access a MobileMe account.
To make use of iCloud you will have to upgrade your Mac to Lion or Mavericks, provided it meets the requirements.
The requirements for Lion are:
Mac computer with an Intel Core 2 Duo, Core i3, Core i5, Core i7, or Xeon processor
2GB of memory
OS X v10.6.6 or later (v10.6.8 recommended)

Lion is available in the Online Apple Store ($19.99). You can migrate your son's phone to a separate account and continue to share the same ID for iTunes (the IDs do not need to be the same). To do this, start by saving any photo stream photos he wants to keep to his camera roll (unless already there) by opening his my photo stream album, tapping Select, tapping the photos, tap the share icon (box with upward facing arrow), then tapping Save to Camera Roll. If he is syncing notes with iCloud that he wants to keep, you'll need to open each one and email them to him so he can later copy and paste the text into new notes created in his new account. Then go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account (which only deletes it from this device, not from iCloud; your phone won't be effected by this), choose Keep on My iPhone and provide the password to turn off Find My iPhone when prompted. Then sign back in with a different Apple ID to create his new account and choose Merge to upload the data.
Once you are on separate accounts, you can each go to icloud.com and manually delete the other person's data from your respective accounts.

Recently I set up a share for one calendar with another Apple user, through my iCloud. Now I find that the shared calendar, which has maybe 50 entries a week because it is for keeping track of community center activities and printing out PDFs, appears in my personal Calendar --- unless I turnoff the sharing.
Is this generally true? I cannot find any clarity on this on Apple Support.
If so, I plan to stop the assistance to the other Apple user. I will stop sharing the community center calendar that I set up on my computer and ask her to set up such a calendar on her own computer anew. The sharing of Calendars does not work well. It seems the shared calendar takes over as the only calendar one can see on one's own computer, replacing other calendars set up without sharing. I can only "see" the other calendars by turning off the sharing on the shared calendar. This is inconvenient. Basically shared Calendars take over!
