SOMEONE STOLD MY INFORMATION OFF MY PHONE, SPYING AND GOT PASSWORD! WHAT CAN BE DONE? THE OTHER USER IS ON THE SAME APPLE ACCOUNT AND TOOK SCREEN SHOTS OF TEXT, PHOTOS MOST LIKELY SAVED IT TO AN APP. ON THE PHONE & OR EMAILED IT TO SELF.

You need to get control of your Apple ID. Change the password.
Manage your Apple ID -

If you can't change the password because this person ahs changed the password to something that you don't know then contact the Account Security Team to get control of your account.

Call Apple Care for your country and ask for the Account Security Team. They can assist you with your issue.

The very last thing that you want is to have Apple close down the Apple ID, especially if you have bough t a lot of content through this account in the past.

ONLY the carrier an iPhone is locked to can authorize unlocking it. If you went through the carrier and had it legitimately unlocked, then updating it will not change this. If you used any other method to unlock it, or had it "unlocked" by a local shop, updating will re-lock it to the original carrier. It may not be possible to update it at all and attempting to do so could turn it into a brick.

There are only11 pages available to show apps. The apps are on there, they just cannot just be displayed on the page, unless you put them in folders.

I guess you're talking about iCloud? Yes if you can see two devices it would appear that someone else can get into your account. Best change your password.

What problem are you having downloading that you need help with?
I don't know where they hide the downloads for Elements nowadays, and whatever they have done to their site has made even finding their products that much harder. But you can download the trial version of the software thru the page linked below and then use your current serial number to activate it.

Restarting your device
1. Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button for a few seconds until the red "slide to power off" slider appears, and then slide the slider.

Go to Settings>Messages>Send and Receive on all but one device and add a unique email address on each device and delete the commone Apple ID email device
If there is also an iPhone with iOS 6 associated with the Apple ID, uncheck the phone number on all but the phone.

2 iphones, registered to same apple account but the second phone was orginially set up on a different computer.Is there any way I can sync the second phone to the orginial computer so as to have both phones syncing the same?

Have two 4s's registered under the same apple account. The 1st phone was set up on the computer perfect. The second phone was set up by somebody who didn't know what they were doing and set this second phone up using the same apple id but onto a laptop. How do I know get the second phone to work from the computer and sync the two phones so they are the same?

If the old ID is an earlier version of your new ID, you need to temporarily recreate your old ID by going to https://appleid.apple.com, click Manage my Apple ID and sign in with your new iCloud ID. Click edit next to the primary email account, change it back to your old email address and save the change. You can now use your new password to turn off Find My iDevice on your device, even though it prompts you for the password for your old account ID. Then save any photo stream photos that you wish to keep to your camera roll. When finished go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account and choose Delete from My iDevice when prompted (your iCloud data will still be in iCloud). Next, go back to https://appleid.apple.com and change your primary email address back to the way it was. Now you can go to Settings>iCloud and sign in with your current iCloud ID and password.
Note: this will not work if your new ID is an entirely new ID that was never previously associated with the old email address.

If some unauthorized shop opened the iPhone and attempted a repair, then Apple will no longer touch the iPhone. If they didn't attempt repairs, then Apple might be willing to service it, but only in the country in which the iPhone was originally sold. If that was in the US, then you will need to take the iPhone there yourself, or you will need to send the iPhone to someone you know in the US who can take or send it to Apple for service and then send it back to you. Apple will not accept shipments from outside the country.
