I bought more than 3 items without any problem
Now I faced annoying message saying "your purchase couldn't be completed", this happened when I am trying to buy magazine
I have more than enough money in my credit card
So why is that happening.?

In order to change your Apple ID or password for your iTunes account on your iOS device, you need to sign out from your iOS device first, then sign back in using your updated details. (Settings > store, scroll down and tap your ID) -

Actually the correct translation is "....We cannot process transactions at this time......" as if the problem is not specific to me. Do you guys even read the "Terms and Conditions" ? There are thousands of words. who know what term I am violating. It works fine before 12/01/2012...I bet they don't even know what caused this problem...They keep asking me to read it without solving the problem..."Dose that just happen after December 2012??"

They would need an itunes account based in the country in which they live.

I had a free trial of Lightroom 5 and tried to purchase it, but page errors blocked me from being able to do this. I then got a free trial of Adobe CC. At first I saw my old photos, then the whole thing went down, and now I have a new Lightroom 5 trial, and none of my edited photos. Can I retrieve all these photos from my first trial?
Yes, you have to find the catalog file from the CC trial (use your operating system to search for it, the file name ends with .LRCAT), and then once you find it, open the LR5 trial and open the catalog you just found using File->Open Catalog

I need help, I pluged my iphone to itunes and got a message that said there was an update to download and update, I did but when itunes was rebooting and updating I got an error message. and now the phone is telling me that it cant be activated, to plug it in to itunes or to contact support care.
That message usually indicates that your phone was hacked to unlock it from the original phone carrier, then when you updated or restored it locked back to that carrier.
