Help!Similar threads solve this problem by either creating a new administrator identity, which allows one to update applications, or changing the keychain prefs to Best attempt. My issue was solved by adding a new admin user, and then updating the apps from the App store using the new identity. Under my orginal user identity the keychain app would crash when I attempted to open Prefs. After creating a new identity and updating the applications (iPhoto, etc) I found I was able to open the keychain Prefs logged into my orginal identity.

Attempting to purchase music on ITunes Store which I have done for years, now get message "your request could not be completed, make sure your computer date is correct and computer accepts cookies from ITunes Store." I have changed nothing. Of course the date and time are correct and my browser accepts cookies.
Now the apple support team won't even e-mail me back. Not even saying no. This is rediculus.

When I try to Purchase an app update it says " Your Puchase could not be completed" and No matter how many time I try to close the app and reconnet it still would not let me purchase, but I was able to purchase the app updates prior to this.
When I open the store in general (from my PC - Windows Vista), I get a message saying "Your request could not be completed. The item you've requested is not currently available in the Canadian Store."
On my iPad, Apps opens, but I can't browse new apps listings, but not their details.

A error message pops up when I try to click top singles "see all" saying "Your request could not be completed the item you've requested is not currently available in the US store" when a few minutes ago it allowed me to do so.

I have PS 6 and just purchased an iMac and am running OS 10.10.1 (Yosemite). When i try to Save or Save As a file I get the following message: Could not save as "Whatever.psd" because this file is locked, you do not have necessary access permissions, or another program is using the file. Use the Get Info command in the Finder to ensure the file is unlocked and you have permission to access the file. If the problem persists, save the document to a different file or duplicate it in the Finder. Any suggestions? Thanks.

When trying to sign in to Face Time, I continually get "Face time Activation" "Could not sign in. Please check your network connection and try again". I am able to access the internet via Safari, so my network connection seems to be working. What am I doing wrong, and how can I access Face Time?

You may also want to reset your network settings:
Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings.
Note: this will delete any network related settings (saved Wi-Fi passwords, etc), it will not erase any content from your device.

Hi there, i purchased an app called Top Movies. But when using it on my iPhone to buy movies, it gives me the error 'Your request could not be completed'. Please help.

Best thing to do is email the developer of that app.

Instead of using a third party app, you can download movies directly from the iTunes store. -

Go into your account in the App Store, sign out, do a Reset [Hold the Home and Sleep/Wake buttons down together for 10 seconds or so (until the Apple logo appears) and then release. When the screen goes blank then power ON again in the normal way.], go back to the Apps Store, sign in and try again.

How do I load Citrix Receiver on my iMac? App Store search came up with zip. Tried from Citrix website, it tried to hook up with App Store snd I got this message: "your request could not be completed". Any ideas?

Why do I get "The last backup could not be completed" Last backup: 5/4/12 at 11:16 am every time I try to back up my iphone 4s? I also get a message that my iphone hasn't been backuped in 32 weeks?
Welcome to the Apple Community.
If your back up continually fails, you might try turning off back up on your mobile device (settings > iCloud > storage & backup) and then deleting the backup file from iCloud by swiping the backup file on the mobile device (settings > iCloud > storage & backup > manage…) and then turning back up on again.
Being able to back up to the cloud can be very useful, especially if you don't have access to a computer or have infrequent access to one, however unless you specifically need to use iCloud for back up, you will find backing up to iTunes significantly more convenient and possibly more reliable.
