HT204074 how about adding a device to an ID?

I have purchased Lion OS X and for some reason it hasn't been downloaded to my computer so I can't find it.
now try to re-install it again, it shows the purchase on my account but can't re-download it or install it.
when I check the ID under manage this ID, it doesn't show my mac book even part of the devices associated with this account ( how can I add a device to an ID?

Are you currently under contract with Verizon? Are you planning to have your mother take over responsibility for your line(perform an assumption of liability)? If the answer to both of those is yes, then you are NOT eligible for the 2 year contract price. You must first complete your contract before you become eligible for the discount.

You can purchase a new phone at full retail at any time.

As Jeanne mentioned, it can work as long as the added device is a camera, and you have the iPad Camera Connection Kit. The kit contains two adapters, one for an SD camera card and one that accepts a USB card adapter or cable from your camera.
With regard to your basic question, Deggie is correct. It does NOT work like a built-in camera, so you can't use it for video calls. You have to take pictures with the external camera and transfer them to the iPad.

I have been sharing an apple ID with my mother for the last few months as she forgot her original apple ID password. Now i want to remove her iphone from my account - can I remove this device without her losing all of her phone numbers and photos etc? Ideally if there is a way for me to keep my own apple account and for her to set up a new one but not lose all her data etc that would be great. Thanks

Scenario1 (Ports are enabled from client system): Client m/c is in different location and SAP AutoId Server is in different location. I have to connect the RFID reader and device controller to Client m/c to send the PML message to Server system. Is it possible?
(Or) Do we need to connect the RFID Hardwares directly to the SAP Auto Id server?
Scenario2 : I have to connect the server system through VPN, in this case If I connect the RFID hardwares to client system. Is it fine?

I fully agree with Daniela Bork. You've installed 5.2 and you need some preliminary data load like rules, messages etc. as per the installation & config guide. By doing so you're loading standard risks(Global) will be created in the system. This value if you want to check at table level this should be at your DB attached to the Java stack.
ABAP stack tables are /virsa.... and virsa_cc are java stack tables. It depends on which version of GRC you're using.

How about adding a meta tag to the index file.....

This is another way to get verified with Google and other search engines. Does anyone know a way that you could add a meta tag to the index file generated by iweb??

I'm glad it worked. Nevertheless you might think of uploading an html file as well. The index.html sometimes gets overwritten by iweb, thus the meta-tag would disappear and you would have to do it again. The html file instead stays where it is.
Here's how to procede:
When they will ask you to verify that it really is your website. “Choose verification method” select “Upload an HTML file” and now you will have to build that verification file (here’s a How-to by Roddy).
1. Go to your applications folder and launch Text Edit.
2. Don't put anything on the blank page.
3. Select File/Save As.
4. In the popup window "Save As" box enter your Google number (something like google05a23d347cXXXXXX )
5. In the "Where" box select desktop.
6. In "File Format" menu select HTML.
7. Click "Save".
8. A file will appear on your desktop called google05a23d347cXXXXXX.html
9. This is what you upload to your server or iDisk.
Upload that file to your main folder on your server so that it will be http://www.yoururl.com/google05a23d347cXXXXXX.html (not in the subfolder of the Sites folder named with the title of your site...*).
For .Mac go to the Finder menu and select Go/iDisk/My iDisk/ or hit SchiftCommand(Apple)i and then go to /Web/Sites/. Drop your file into the "Sites" folder
Entering: http://web.mac.com/username/google05a23d347cXXXXXX.html in your browser should bring up this file. If it doesn’t you placed the file in the wrong location.

Sorry, Mozilla doesn't have control over what Google does with that Google / Firefox page. You can probably use iGoogle to add what you want to the page, but you'd have to be logged into iGoogle to see those changes when you start Firefox.

Do you have different versions of the graphic novel pages, or is there just one version of the page? If there is one version, can you crop into the page without losing anything important?
I would guess that there is one version, and that cropping into the page will lose something important. If that's the case, here's how I would handle it:
Make a stage that is 14:9. The size doesn't matter, but 1400x900 could be a good starting point.
Put down a background texture that fits well with the look of the other images. Make that fill the 1400x900 stage.
Place your page graphics so that they are within the center 1200x788 area of the stage.
Set the stage scalemode to "noBorder".
You now have a layout that will work on all devices, as narrow as iPad, and as wide as iPhone 5. All without any code. On the widest devices you'll see a bit of your background pattern to the left and right of the page graphic. On the narrowest devices you'll see a bit of background pattern above and below the page graphic. But you won't lose sight of anything important.

You could create a method that creates and returns x number of Rectangle elements:

When adding Point objects to a Polygon you can only add one per call to the Add method but you could call the Add method inside a loop, e.g:

(not when adding a device etc) There are lots of answers for stopping it auto-opening when attaching a camera, iPod/Pad and I have 'no application' selected for those, I just cant pin-point how to change the basic start-up/loading setting. In iPhoto go to the General preference pane and set No Application as the option when a camera is connected
If that doesn't do the trick connect your device to the Mac and launch Image Capture. In the lower left hand corner select No Application again:

For my son's iPhone, I can let him back-up to the old computer, I would assume that would remain good and I would not have any issues. Should I erase the back-up on my new computer, erase the appss or whatever and start from scratch? Kind of not sure how to handle, please help.

i can not figure out how to download a device to my apple account.

If you want a device or computer to show in the 'manage devices' section then the page that you posted from tells you how e.g. use iTunes Match on it, use automatic downloads on it, or redownload past purchases from the account - it should then appear in 'manage devices'

I think sync just deleted all my data when I added a device

Summary:
1, Added new device,
2, device did not pull down information it pushed up to sync server
3, sync server did contain a few mb of data now it contains 19kb

I added a device using my "Firefox Sync Key" not the three sets of numbers as i did not have access the the original machine that had my profile on it.
I checked the sync status, and I had a few mb on the history, bookmarks, pref, etc...
Once my new device had sat there for a while I went back in to check the data usage and it appears that the new device over wrote all my sync data? Sync size is now about 19 kb?
Please help as i did have some information information up there.
Tell me what I can do please?

But i did not have the device with me, so i entered my user name/password and "Firefox Sync Key" which i had taken from the original device.
As soon as i completed this I checked "view quota": it said a few mb.
After about 10 min I checked again and it said 19kb.
I just tried the reset ensuring merge data was selected.
And still nothing.

I am having difficulty adding a device and tranferring music files to a new iPhone 5s.
I have an Apple ID which has 3 devices associated with it: a PC laptop, an iPod Touch, and an iPhone 5. The laptop has about 3,000 CDs saved to it and has iTunes installed to manage it all. I also have iTunes Match.
I just bought my wife an iPhone 5s. I created an Apple ID for her. I want to transfer music that I own to it but cannot figure it out. When I sign-in to my iTunes, there is no "Add A Device" function in the "manage devices" screen. I cannot add a device. Also, when I plug-in the new iPhone 5s to the laptop, it does not charge (like the iPhone 5 or iTouch) or launch anything.
I cannot be the first person to have bought a phone for a family member and wanted to add a playlist. Any advice?

Great questions PankiBok! It's always important to know how this will affect your bill. You will be prorated when you add a new line of service for the tablet. If you add it today or before the bill cycle ends, you will only pay for the days active before it ends and the current cycle, so a month and 3 days for example. If you add it after the bill cycle begins, then your next bill will reflect the month in advance the days active during the cycle. Regarding your suspend questions. You can suspend a line for 90 days, up to 180 days in a rolling calendar year.

I see lots of topics/threads started that are exactly the same as ones already out there, and many of those could be answered if the OP would just search what's already been said, or read generally available information before posting. And then there are so many posts for which even the OP knows don't have an answer. It's just hard to wade through all these repetitive posts to find the ones that need answers or could be informative to all.
