    What is selected under the Music tab for your iPhone sync preferences with iTunes?
    If you have chosen selected playlists, artists, albums, and genres - if Pulp Fiction is available under the Albums section to be selected as an Album to be transferred to your iPhone, is it selected?
    If so, when you select Albums via the iPod on your iPhone, the album is not available there to select?
    You can always create an iTunes playlist with these songs placing the songs in your preferred order.

    I would suggest you to uninstall Adobe Reader using the cleaner tool and then re-install the latest version.

    you can use a photo many time is the same book - simply drag it from the photo strip to the photo frame you want it in - even though you have used it before you can still use it again
    And adding photos is easy - go to the photo (in an album, event or photo view) and drag the photo(s) to the book under keepsakes - it will now be available to use

    OK, I went to Private Browsing to change Never remember history to choose Use custom settings for history and then clicked on Permanent Private Browsing Mode and clicked on the bottom OK. I then went to my Firefox messages and clicked on that internal-linked multimessage and then clicked on a link. It went there for only 1 second and reverted to the top of the message, not moving on further clicking.
    I then went to tools > options > privacy only to find that the default Never remember history was back in the panel. It wasn't stable at Use custom settings for history. I tried this several times. It always reverts either right away or after that 1-second success. One time it lasted an amazing 3 seconds before reverting to the top of the multimessage e-mail. So THAT failed too.
    OK, so then I went to Internet Explorer and called up that message. Clicked on an internal link and watched it fail for 1 second and then clicked again and it held the message for a long time. It's something in Firefox not Int. Explorer. Please see the image to let you know what I am doing.

    uninstalled firefox ....deleted all files still remaining under mozilla firefox directory in program files ... to avoid having to reprogram all my settings, reisntall all addons as well .. I did not remove anything from mozilla firefox that is stored in either appdata or under the windows users directory (if any)
    ... the as suggested reinstalled the latest version of the firefox browser using the link you provided in the email ..; tested and several issues still remain present and unresolved ....
    so please this is urgent or I will have to jump browsers and start using chrome .. because we work 14 hours a day 6 (sometimes 7) days a week, to get ready for the launch of our newest venture and we cannot lose that much days on browser related issues ... so please instead of putting me through week long step process .. of do this .. do that .. can you please actually look into the issue from your end ..     Where do my files have to be in order to use creative cloud and not have my indesign links break? I'll need to use Indesign on different computers and my images won't be traveling with me... will I need to relink every image every time? this gets way too tedious after 5 pages of links are broken. Also,,, why do I need all these plugin's once I use an icloud version of indesign when I've saved the file on my external hard drive, and then open the exact same file from the exact same hard drive? The file never opens and is corrupt which means I have to rebuild the entire thing or physically travel back to that computer which has the indesign cloud.... It's baffling.
    And another question... how does adobe not have a live support number to call and ask questions? I've been in the same "click-loop" now forever  and I can't ever get to an actual useful forum.

    Standard practice is to use File>Package and then save to drive/location that suits you. If you need it to travel with you bring the entire folder.
    The InDesign file will link to the folder where the Links folder is situated.

    The file isn't corrupt. The Craeative Cloud version is a newer version than you have on your computer at home. That's why the plugins are missing, as older versions don't have the same plugins as the newer version of InDesign.
    If you want to work on a version created with CC - then you need to use file Export/Save and choose IDML - then open that in earlier versions of InDesign.
    However, you could install the Creative Cloud on your computer at home and use the same version of InDesign - this would solve  your problem without any extra work.

    InDesign has never offered user support in using the software. It's telephone and helpline service is not for that purpose. InDeisgn is a professional graphic designer/typesetter/whateveryourjob is tool.
    Like any tool you need to have specific training to it's end use, most people used to do an apprenticeship/trainee position going to college to learn the software and the fine principles of lithographic/screen/flexo/gravure printing and the use of images/text/graphics etc on the web.
    It's a professional's tool that requires professional training. Much like I wouldn't go out and buy a carpenters tool set and then complain that none of the tools do what I want them to do, like hammering in a screw.

  • Apple TV does not load rented items from iTunes in less than three (3) hours depsite YouTube, Netflix and network being fine.  How can I get Apple to actually provide the iTunes service I am paying for?

    I'm just tired of waiting on this inept device and it's underserved iTunes counterpart being unable to deliver enough bandwidth to load a show within a reasonable amount of time.  I'm a big Apple fan and an equally big critic.  This whole rig is a big FAIL so far, Apple.  There is nothing ON DEMAND about the iTunes Store at this point.  Netflix and YouTube work better on Apple TV than their own iTunes Store!  And, this has been going on for a few years now, unremedied, and is only getting worse with more people buying these devices!  I do not reccommend this device to people like I used to.
    The good news is, that iTunes will give refunds about 85% of the time if I explain my problem the way I have here.  SO, ATTENTION: EVERYONE WITH AN APPLE TV: If you have this same issue with iTunes Store not properly serving your paid content, do not hesitate to ask for your money back.  It's the least they can do for the amount of life wasted waiting for a show to load.  Not to mention, all the disappointments with the kids at bedtime and when my wife and I want to just relax and turn something on.
    Bottom Line: ITUNES IS UNDER-SERVED!!!

    since you are running mt lion on the mac you can boot to the recovery partition (restart holding down command+R keys)
    once booted there open the disk utility window and then on left side select the mac HD select the erase tab and make sure that next to format it says "mac OS extended journaled"
    click on the erase button
    once done close the disk utility window then click on the option to "install mac OS" and follow the prompts
    once the install is completed and the mac is restarted it will be like new and the setup assistant will open on startup
