Can I please just speak to someone about charges to my account?!?! I was trying to update the expiration on my card and it kept not accepting the information. And has now charged me $6.99 five times in a row... But I didn't buy anything. I was prompted to update my expiration date when I was updating apps on my iPad.

Well I am having the same issue and I had not had to worry about getting a "licensed charger." The poster who responded offered not real insite and was rude to boot. I am also looking for the fix on this . My iphone will not even charge now on any charger. What the heck. I am not trying to treaten anyone either when I say I am frustrated with my iphone which in my case I have only had for a few months. I Can no longer synch my iPhone and iPad to Outlook using iTunes on a Win 7 Pc. I updated to iTunes 11.1.4.62 a few days ago. Don't know if that caused my problem. I've reset the Synch History, deleted any Notes in Outlook that don't have a subject. Grateful for any help.

When I go to move a song from my library I got the message "this computer is not authorized"... if I go to the store pop down and authorize the compter is says "this computer is already authorized".... what's going on?

It says I have rentals that have not expired but I don't have any rentals. What does that mean?
Ummm you probably haven't watched it yet. You have 30 days to watch a rental before it expires.... 24h after you start to watch it though.

There are no robots here. Everyone here is a "real person", a user just like you. How about telling us what the problem is that you are experiencing when you try to buy a song? If you mean that you have forgotten your security questions, go to:

If you've forgotten your answers, there should be a link just under the security questions fields where you can have a reset email sent to your Rescue email address. If you did not do a reset of your iPod please try that (you will not lose any data)
Reset iPod touch: Press and hold the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
If this does not work inspect the opening in your iPod where the cable connects. Look for any debris and clean it (a magnifying glass may be required). -

Downloaded much and now can not see how to fix it?I hate the new downloads-in-a-tab scheme. This was an unnecessary change in my book (if it aint broke, don't "fix it").
So in order to get it back, I performed the about:config browser.download.useToolkitUI change, but now all I get is a blank download window that pops up every time I download something.
Is there something else that I need to do? I've checked the change and it was saved, but it didn't resolve my issue as much as it just caused me a new issue. -

Usually 'authentication required' means that you need to submit a username (or e-mail address) and password to the e-mail server, when sending a message. This logic is not different between Outlook and Thunderbird, and even with the latest and previous version of Thunderbird.
Of course you can try the previous version again to see if it solves the problem, although you'll be less secure because you would be missing the latest fixes.

i backed up my ipod during a windows backup. how do i find those ipod files(not itunes) in the windows backup files? i've tried searching and i can't find

Do you mean iTunes asked if you wanted to backup files before restoring? If so the it is in the location I posted. You don't need to navigate to the backup. Once your restore your iPod it will ask if you want to restore from a backup and present you with the backups made before hand.
To restore information from a backup, use one of the following methods after connecting your iOS device to the computer with which you normally sync:
-Click the File menu and select Devices > Restore from Back up.
Or
-Open the iOS device's Summary tab. There are two ways to access this:
-Click the device button in the upper right corner. (If viewing the iTunes Store, click the Library button in the upper right corner. The device button will then be visible.)
-From any view in iTunes, click the View menu and select Show Sidebar. Select your iOS device in iTunes under Devices.
-Click the Restore Backup button. -

I have this problem. When I creta a sales order in CRM and then system creates as a follow up document a sales order in SD system don`t check an order number for CO account assignment. If I want to create a sales order not as a follow up document, but directly in transaction VA01 and I use exactly the same data system gives me a message " The CO account assignment object belongs to company code X, not Y
You want to make a posting in company code Y.
At the same time, a CO account assignment object was specified that is assigned to company code X.
This is account assignment object with object type ORD, and object key 1xxxxxxxxxxx...".
My question is why system don`t check order number when a sales order in SD is created as a follow up document and what should I do to correct this.

Ok first try hold the menu button down for around 8 seconds.
If that fails hold the Menu, volume down and camera buttons down when powering on and dont let go until you feel the phone vibrate.
this will wipe all data of phone...

What did you download it on ? If a computer's iTunes then do you have a 'rentals' tab in the Movies part of your library ? If on an iOS device then it should be in the Videos app (if it's not showing there then have you got a film age rating set in Restrictions that is hiding it ?).
