Hello! When I download an audiobook, it is very helpfully automatically moved to the "audiobooks" folder. However, when I import one from CDs, it will not move over to the "audiobooks" folder! Does anyone know how to accomplish that? Thanks in advance!

Yes - there are instructions on how to sync them via iTunes here : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4236 . As only the contents of the last photo sync remain on the iPad, you need to sync all the photos that you want in one go, so if you want to sync multiple folders they will need to be directly off the same parent folder so that they can be selected together. Not including a folder in a subsequent sync is the way that you delete that folder/album from teh iPad.
You can also use third-party apps which can transfer photos via your wifi network to and from your computer (the photos will only go into the camera roll/saved photos album so you have less control in terms of destination than with syncing) e.g. Simple Transfer, which also has a free 'lite' version called Simple Photo & Video Transfer

I haven't upgraded to iOS 5 yet or icloud for that matter. Open itunes and look at the left panel under "Library" and "Books" is there. Did it just delete books & music from your iPod or from your actual Mac computer's iTunes library? If it's only your iPod then I imagine re-syncing with itunes music, etc would do it. I don't normally sync music every time I connect my Touch (I just drag new stuff to the iPod) so the last major update it deleted music (and messed up my apps, I can't make it stop restoring apps I don't want it to) and podcasts and videos and books and audiobooks. Some of the books I just went into the respective apps (Kindle, etc) or their websites to re-download them. I'm waiting to finish "Godfather of Katmandu" before trying iOS 5.

I posted this notice so that I could pass on this fantastic solution. I was almost driven crazy until I stumbled upon the answer. VarReal was the one who gave me the correct answer. I didn't have to erase thing. Here's how it's done for an iPad:
1. Go to Settings
2. Find the iTunes & App Store Icon and click on the icon
3. You should see your apple ID...click on the ID and a window will come up
4.The window should have a list......one option is to sign out...do so.
4. Now you have to sign in so that you can access your App or iTunes...fill in the new apple Id and password and sign in.
5. Yippie, you're done!!

I think this may be what you want. Open iTunes go to Store in the menu bar. At the bottom choose *View MY Account*. This will let you sign into your account and you can then pick *Edit Account Info* Make you change and save it. That should take care of it.

I can get books into iBooks on my ipad easily enough by just emailing them to myself or using Dropbox. The problem with that route is that it loses the book's genre, which must be something iTunes handles separately from the file.
