You can manage your account by logging into adobe.com and taking the following steps:
*Sign in the top right corner using your Adobe.com credentials
*Click on your name (same location) and select ‘My products and services’
*From there you can check on your status, log in/account info, etc.

I think that as soon as you click "Buy" and type in your details, the iTunes server is alerted that you have bought the item, even if it hasn't downloaded. Your "purchased" list is based on your account and not your computer so I'm afraid even if you haven't completed the download, you will be charged for it (but if you do now download it, you won't be charged again). This also means that you can't remove items from the purchased list.

Any app that is purchased with your Apple ID - that must have used your password in order to download it - is considered to be approved by the terms of sale in the app store and iTunes - or else how could the purchase have been made?
Was your ID used and your password entered? If so, you approved it. If someone else installed an app or made a purchase without your approval - that's not Apple!s fault.

Once an item enters the download queue, the user cannot remove it. Either let it complete the download (easiest) or contact the iTunes Store customer support department through the Contact page (select the category and subcategory closest to the issue you're reporting and you'll find either an "Express Lane" button - just follow the instructions to get to the contact form - or an "Email Us" button) and ask them if they'll remove the item(s) from your queue for you.

I'm having an issue updating or downloading free apps on my phone... This is really starting to irritate me! I purchased a ringtone from iTunes and used my credit card and it went through only now every time I try to download anything that is free it tells me to tap to sign in and continue so I do and it pulls up my payment info says its missing the security code for my card now I have entered this code at least 20 times and all it says is your payment method has been denied.... I don't understand why it is doing this! Is the name and address on your iTunes account exactly the same (format and spacing etc) as on your credit card bill : http://support.apple.com/kb/TS1646 ? If it is then you could try what it says at the bottom of that page :
If the issue persists, contact your credit card company and verify that they and any company they use to process credit card authorisations have the correct information on file.

Currently, if your purchase happens to be your most recent purchase you will not be redirected to the report form, in this case use the report a problem option from the invoice that was emailed to you.
