i have been charged several times for purchase a single app!!
Welcome to the Apple Community.
Select the content which is causing a problem and use the 'Report a problem' button in Your Purchase History on your computer.
Currently, if your purchase happens to be your most recent purchase you will not be redirected to the report form, in this case use the report a problem option from the invoice that was emailed to you.

You, and nobody else who has access to your account or devices, haven't made multiple in-app purchases in the app ?

If you contact Spotify through online contact form, they will be able to sort out these multiple charges and see what's going on with the student verification. Once you send in the form, you should receive a reply from them within 24-48 hours. If you need any further help, let me know! :) -

Please help, Just started buying chips, bought in Double Down Casino $2.5M chips worth $17.99( but was charged three(3) times ($17.99 x 3= $53.97). There was only one download of $2.5 chips. How can I reverse charges?

Did you change your card details on your account a number of times when trying to purchase the item, and five of them are temporary store holding charges : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT3702 ?
If they are all 'proper' charges then try the 'report a problem' link to contact iTunes Support : http://reportaproblem.apple.com

The app may have been free to download, but did you then make any in-app purchases within it to unlock extra features ? You can turn off in-app purchases on your device via Settings > General > Restrictions > In-App Purchases 'off' -
What does it mean when a purchase is billed to "store credit"? Is it one of those iTunes gift vouchers? Only reason I ask is because I downloaded Ken Follit's FREE book from the 12 days of Christmas app and seem to have been charged 10.99 for it!?

I have an iPhone 4S. I have been charged 11 times so far. At first I just purchased a game on iTune. However, your system said I had to check my bank's payment method. So I checked it again and again. After I checked it, I went back to my iPhone. I wanted to check if it's ok. But everytime when I comfirmed the payment method, your system charged me $1. Until now, I have been charged 11 times. What's going on with your system? I'm really mad right now. Your system only brought me lots of problems. Please help me figure out my problem.

I just tried to purchase the Soundhound app from the Ovi store for my Nokia C7. I use my phone bill for purchases. I was asked to confirm the purchase which I did. I waited then a message came up saying there was a problem with the billing service and I should try again later, so I exited the screen
Almost immediately I was bombarded with 8 identical SMS messages from OviStore (82102) saying "Thankyou for your purchase from OviStore by Nokia. Your transaction ID is (all different numbers in each text)".
Also there was no link in any of them to my download! I have a suspicion I have been billed 8 times for a product I haven't even received.
Is there a contact phone number for Ovistore so I can rectify this?I've tried to buy other application today and also had the same problem. I've performed attempts 2 times via Phone Bill and it took the payment twice from my phone.
I've just sent the message about it to support (Support -> Contact us) and asked them to refund the payments.
