Hi can anyone help me? My preschooler put a passcode on my phone and of course has no idea what number he typed in. I have several photos I need to save. My sister said Apple can unlock the phone. Can they do that without wiping the phone clean of everything, including photos? Does anyone know a way to unlock the phone but save the photos? Please help!!

The unlocking by the carrier and unlocking the passcode on the phone are two different things, and neither is connected to the other. As stated before the only way to remove the passcode is to restore to a backup on the computer you normally sync with. Did you ever backup the phone with the photos on it, or haven't you imported the photos to the computer like you would with any digital camera? I am wondering if its possible to create a flash button that
says 'save as' when you right click one of the pictures in flash.
Just like in HTML how you can easily right-click and save a
picture, I want to be able to do the same thing but in flash. Is
this possible? Would I use something like dynami pictures that are
outside the flash file but in the same folder and will be placed in
the flash movie when called upon? I very curious, please let me
know of any ideas you may have.

Call the button "target" (instance name) than your photo

You can erase the device using Find My iPhone. Go to Find My iPhone on either iCloud.com or on another iOS device and sign in. Click on Erase Device.

We can't discuss things involving hacked phones. Erase all may or may not relock the phone but the smart person erases all their personal information before selling an electronic device.

Thanks for the question. Do you still have access to the iPhone 3GS? If so, follow these steps:
iOS: Import personal photos and videos from iOS devices to your computer

You could also follow these steps on your new iPhone 5, so long as the pictures are stored in your Camera Roll (as opposed to being synced to your phone).
