    sorry to hear that, do you have family or friends that you let use your itunes account to download/update or just share your libary. if thats the case you should change your password. anyways i know you wouldnt post on here if thats the problem but could you let us know what apps were downloaded so we can keep a lookout??
    itunes should give you credit for those apps idk how to do it but there is a way

    If you had your bank refuse the charge as fraudulent, the iTunes Store probably blocked your credit card as stolen. Go here:

  • STILL GETTING BILLED for previous residence

    I moved from NJ to NYC and I am still getting billed by Verizon. I was told the move would be simple, so I transferred my service. However when I moved, they opened a new account for NYC, but Verizon never transferred my account. They then told me that the NJ account had to be cancelled and cannot be transferred. I was upset but couldnt do anything about it. What was really annoying was Verizon charging me a cancellation fee after they had told me that they wouldnt. So they eventually cancelled my account. BUT I AM STILL BEING CHARGED EVERY MONTH. I have been on the phone with them several times and keep getting bounced around like a pinball. Each department keeps saying that the accounts department, doesnt deal with billing, billing doesnt deal with accounting, they dont deal with the actual service. How do I get this fixed? I am still paying for service in NYC, and am still getting billed for my old account that they claim to have cancelled. This has been the worse experience ever! I have called multiple times and this problem has not been resolved.

    Your issue has been escalated to a Verizon agent. Please go to your profile page for the forum, and look in the middle, right at the top where you will find an area titled "My Support Cases". You can reach your profile page by clicking on your name beside your post, or at the top left of this page underneath the title of the board. you will find a link to the private board where you and the agent may exchange information.
    To ensure you know when they have responded to you, at the top of your support case there is a drop down menu for support case options. Open that and choose "subscribe".This should be checked on a frequent basis as the agent may be waiting for information from you before they can proceed with any actions. Please keep all correspondence regarding your issue in the private support portal.

    e.g. if doing it on your phone then go to the bottom of the Featured tab in the App Store app, tap on your id, tap 'view apple id' on the popup and sign in, and on your account's page there should be subscriptions section.

  • 6 days in and being billed for calls that can't ha...

    I opened up my relationship with BT on 16th December 2013. The engineer called and set up my wifi, TV and phone line. I didn't buy a phone until Friday 20th December and when I plugged it into the land line, it didn't work and BT confirmed that there was a fault at the exchange. I then look at my first charges on line and see that there have been 2 calls charged to my line on Tue 21st Dec and one on Wed 22nd Dec which is impossible as I didn't have a phone until Friday 20th. The billing department can't tell me why this has happened. So the position I'm now in is that the engineer can't attend to my issue at the exchange until 27th Dec and I don't have confidence in the BT billing system until BT tell me why I have been billed for calls that can't have been made from my number.

    Possibly your line is crossed with another one, and they made the calls. Keep a note of the numbers that have been called, and hopefully you can sort it out with BT when your line is working.
    If you call your number using a mobile, see who answers the call, as they would be the ones using your line, and you can ask them who they are, and what they think their number is, as they may be unaware of a fault.

    I have been regularly getting notifications for emails that disappear. After a purchase, maybe, I'll see a brief notification pop-up in the upper right part of my screen announcing an expected email has arrived. I go to Apple Mail and it's not there. Now I go back to the notifications icon at the upper right and the notification that just popped up is nowhere to be found.
    This is driving me crazy.
    I've rebuilt my Mail indexes, I've quit and restarted, and I've tried various search methods. Nothing finds the missing emails. Yes, I'm looking in trash and junk. Yes, I've tried to use Spotlight.

    What are you trying to do?  If you have a brand new machine, you don't need to download and install Mavericks.  You already have it.
