HT204088 I AM SEEING CHARGES TO MY ACCOUNT THAT I DIDNT MAKE

I am seeing several charges to my account that I did not make. I bought one song I see charges on 2/26 for 11.74, 2/27 for 10.69 3/4 for 10.69 3/5 for 17.09 3/6 for 16.03. I want my money back

    If your positive you didn't make the purchase and neither did anyone in your house, then you should be contacting your credit card company to dispute the charge. You should also change your iTunes Store account password and security questions.

    Read the steps carefully as the order in which you follow them is  critical. Note that you can do this only when creating a new Apple ID. You cannot use an existing ID. 
    You will of course not be able to get anything other than the free apps without entering in some sort of payment method (credit card, prepaid iTunes card, gift certificate, etc.)

    Not sure how this happened, but I did change my password and immediatly disscociate my visa. Its only a .99 cent charge, but I still didn't make that purchase.     It sounds like an authorisation charge, the test charge Apple makes to check the validity of an account.   As you have made changes to your card and passwords it could be expected.   It will normally be removed within a few days.

    I have a couple of recommendations for you here. First for the purchases that you did not authorize, I would reach out to the iTunes store support directly.

    Find the email receipt for your purchase.
    Click Report a Problem under the app that is having the issue.
    When prompted, enter the Apple ID and password you used to purchase the item, then click Report a Problem.
    Click Report a Problem next to the item you are having an issue with.
    From the Choose Problem dropdown menu, choose the appropriate issue.
    Follow the onscreen instructions and—if prompted—type a description of the problem into the text field.
    Click Submit to have your issue reviewed.
    You may also want to change your Apple ID password.

    Apple's policy on sales of digital content is that all sales are final. If however you wish to appeal to Apple, select the content which is causing a problem and use the 'Report a problem' button in Your Purchase History on your computer.
    Currently, if your purchase happens to be your most recent purchase you will not be redirected to the report form, in this case use the report a problem option from the invoice that was emailed to you.
    You can set up your device to require a password for purchase from the app store either immediately or after 15 minutes of being previously used. (Settings > General > Restrictions > Allowed Content > Require Password)
    More often than not this stops unwanted purchases by others, but does not stop In-App purchases, to disable In-App purchases, go to Settings > General > Restrictions > Allowed Content > In-App Purchases > Off.
