HT204088 I believe I got the short end of the stick due to the time I resolved the issue of a refund from Paypal and I lost the offer of an 25% discount on a $50 I-Tunes card, this have left me very anrgy with the issue.
The issue is above, Iwas to buy an I-Tunes card of $25.00,but then wanted a $50.00, but due to I not processed a refund that I believed to be automatically, I could not purchase the I-Tunes card, because of the delay of finding what was wrong with the purchase with Paypal because of an refund that was issued due to a book that I did not recieve for two month of $5.00 and by the time I resolved the issue the offer was to late and for this reason could not buy the $50.00 I-Tunes card and have decided not to buy any more I-tunes card at all, because I got the short end of the stick and I am very angry to the two companies.

But i really wonder how you did that. did you always switch between design view and preview view, then change the key position for 2px then switch back, to align the four letters? because i imagine that can get really frustrating, if you have a logo consisting of 58 parts instead of 4!:)

my ipad will no longer connect to the laptop. it comes up with usb not recognized. also when trying to connect to the power the first time i connect, nothing, but when i unplug from ipad and plug in a second time it charges
yeah tried all that. the only thing that i havent tried is to delete itunes completely and restart. its the same with the ipad. i havent done a master reset. i just think it has to be something rather simple as it acknowledges that i have plugged in the ipad as it makes the noise it just come up usb not recognized. it shows up as an unknown device that doestn have any drivers

Hi everybody, I sold a laptop on Dec 2014 via eBay. After three months, there are some issues with the laptop so buyer had to send it to the manufacture for repair (Still under Lenovo warranty). After that, buyer had to send the laptop to manufacture again due to motherboard problem (Lenovo agree to fix it for free because it's still under warranty). Buyer complained that the computer is not as described. (I listed the item as like new because it's open box item, I also mentioned open box in the eBay description, I also refunded $100 when the buyer received the laptop, he said there are some scratches on the case, and he accepted the offer, I still have our conversation via eBay message) By the time I sold it, the laptop still under warranty for approximate 2 and a half year. Regarding to eBay policy, buyer cannot file a claim after 30 days, so he decided to file a complain via PayPal. I don't sell much on eBay so after I sold the laptop, I don't check my PayPal email anymore, once day when I check my email, I realized the case has been opened for approximate 19 days, which mean I was late to respond to the case 4 days. PayPal decided to refund to the buyer. I contacted PayPal several time, they said they couldn't do anything because I didn't respond to their email. I contacted Buyer and he told me that he will consider my email as harassment. I sent him another email a couple weeks ago and he didn't respond to my email. As a result, I still have to pay for eBay fee (approximate $50), and I lost the laptop $1300 value. Even he send the laptop back to me at this time, the laptop will not have the same value as before, but I still not receive the laptop anyway. It like 8 months from now. I filed a complain to ic3.gov but I still not hear anything from them. Does anyone have the same experience with me? Do you have any suggest? I have moved from WA to Texas, I don't know if I can file a case in Texas since the original issue happened when I was in WA. Any response is appreciated, Thank you very much.

This is the third time of writing this on your Apple Support Communities! My Ipod Classic will not sync. I have had it checked over at an Apple Genius Bar and also its lead - they say it is OK. I have had my computer checked at the place that built it for me (Windows 7 desktop when I found Windows 8 childish and irritating). After collecting it, I again had the Ipod symbol back on my library page, which was a step forward. However, the Ipod still won't sync.
I have tried other USB ports. I have tried removing Itunes from computer and downloading it again - with the latest version of course. I have tried authorising my computer. I have tried resetting the Ipod. I have tried ringing the Apple helpline at vast expense - the first assistant was helpful and went through a number of procedures before suggesting I removed and replaced Itunes and then rang back after doing this. I was given a reference number to quote so that I wouldn't need to go through the whole rigmarole again with another assistant. But, unfortunately, I got an extremely offensive young man who more or less called me a liar when I quoted the job number I had been given. He flatly refused to accept that I had already spent ages on the phone that afternoon and said that my last call to Apple, to which the reference number referred, had been in November 2011. When I asked to speak to a manager, he put the phone down for ages and left me paying for minutes, just waiting. I put the phone down eventually and rang back, got this person again, and again asked to speak to a manager, whereupon the phone was put down on me. Needless to say, I am not keen to try this phone service again in a hurry. But I do desperately want to be able to download my Economist in audio podcasts, which I have been without for a whole month now. Please can someone knowledgeable take pity and help me? Let's start with iTunes.
Have you updated iTunes to 11.1.5, because the previous version did appear to have an issue about seeing iPods?
With iTunes 11.1.5 installed, look in Edit/Preferences/Devices, (or use the ALT key, followed by the E key and then the F key) and make sure that the box named Prevent iPods, iPhones and iPads from syncing automatically does not have a tick in the box.
Once you have doen those two things, check to see if the iPod is seen by iTunes.

Really?
OS stands for Operating System. (In computer speak, IO means Input/Output.)
iOS originally stood for iPhone Operating System, but it now refers to the iPod Touch and iPhone. The iPod Classic, which you have listed in your profile as your iPod, does not use iOS.
I assume that you have been listening to the Podcast in your iTunes on the computer as you cannot transfer it to your iPod. It's what I'd do. -
I updated my OS to mountain lion and since then my mac book pro is virtually useless, seeng pictures, videos, using graphics applications and Iphoto is impossible, the screen goes black, and the system restarts.

I have had very much trouble adding music to my wife's iPod. Every time I connect to iTunes, I get an error message that reads ...The iPod "Linda's iPod" cannot be synced. An unknown error occured (13019)...I have tried diagnostics, help and what ever iTunes has to offer and cannot fix the issue. I want to add a new playlist with new music. When I connect her iPod, the playlist shows up on her device. When I disconnect, I can not find it in order to play it. Help me.

I went in again, chosing restore, itunes is currently downloading again! this time it says 44 minutes remaining. If my computer goes into hibernation, I have to restart and then download says 4 to 35 hours?? Trying to recover the ios6 is frustrating. I didn't chose the correct set up as new phone, because I wanted to set up my apps, etc. My new iphone is the 4GS, and it came already set up with the ios 6. Just trying to get it back! Also, can not get my wifi to set up. Thought it would recognize the settings and all I would need to do is put in my ID and password? My download is now saying 66 minutes?
If you want to go to the first set-up screen of iPhone, like after a restore, then on iPhone tap Settings App > General > Reset > Reset All Settings. If you want to have your iPhone basically Restore itself, then tap Settings App > General > Reset > Erase All Content and Settings.

My MacBook Pro crashed while I was rewriting a book, lost more than an hour of work and could not find a way to restore it. Did not have Time Machine set up, but it appears that Time Machine does not have Real Time back up and documents must be manually stored.
I need an automatic, real time back up to keep this from happening - I'm not happy my MacBook has crashed twice now. What is the best cloud system for Real Time backup? Thanks to anyone who can help me, I'm not the most astutde computer guy... JamesOne way would be to use Dropbox, or a similar sync service, and just keep your critical documents in the appropriate folder. Dropbox, at least, keeps a local copy of everything and syncs automatically to the cloud whenver a change is made. Dropbox is free for up to 2GB of data.
There are also true backup services such as CrashPlan+:

which provide automatic backups whenver a change is detected. It's not free, but usually such services aren't too expensive unless you need to back up a lot of data.

Loaded updates from microsoft and now lost the sound in foxfire
loaded updates for my microsoft xp , 10 24 10 and now have losy sound in foxfire. I also have I also have google chrome and now sound in it either. I do have sound when using a dvd. One thing I do get the computer will say I have no mixer and tells me to add it but when I check it tells me that my sound card it is working fine.
