I 've bought $0.99+8.99 of shields for AC Milan Fantasy Manager 2012, but still not got the shields on my app account. The support center of the App answered to me as below:
We actually found a problem with iTunes that affected all the payments done from yesterday night. You’ll get your shields in no more than 24 hours. In case you tried to buy shields several times you may be charged several times. If you want to cancel some of these payments, you’ll have to get in contact with iTunes, as you are actually paying this platform, and unfortunately we can not process the cancellation.

    I have some unauthorized charges and when I click on "report a problem" on the bottom of the purchase history, it renews the page with "report a problem" next too all the purchases. When I click on one of those, it just takes me right back to the iTunes home page. Does anyone know how to do this please?

    I was was charged for a second purchase, which I had no knowledge about, could you please tell me what's going on?

    Unfortunately, the receipts are conflicting when I checked my purchases on iTunes; moreover I didn't order anything on the date (01/01/13)  in questions. The amount, however was already taken from my bank account!

    The Game Center app is pre installed and cannot be removed from the device.
    Best thing to do is move it to the last available screen.
    Hold down the Game Center app until all the apps jiggle then sliide the Game Center app to the right from one screen to the next. This requires a bit of finesse, but it's doable.
    Press the Home button one time to stop the apps from jiggling.
    For the Apple ID issue, try resetting.
    Tap Settings > General > Reset > Reset All Settings
    Then try your Apple ID and password for the Game Center app.

    with the old iTunes you could report a problem with specific purchases. however, i can not find anything that represents doing so in the new iTunes.

    You should be able to do it via your purchase history : log into your account on your computer's iTunes via Store > View My Account (Store > View My Apple ID on iTunes 11) and you should then see a Purchase History section with a 'see all' link to the right of it ; click on that and you should see a list of your purchases ; find the item that you have a problem with and use the 'Report a Problem' link and fill in details about the problem.

    You definitely need to resurrect the old password associated with the Apple ID you used to purchase the music.

    An email will be sent to the email address associated with that account with instructions regarding resetting that Apple ID's password.
    If you no longer have access to that email, the resolution to this problem becomes considerably more difficult. In that event you would need to contact iTunes Support and explain your dilemma.
