Hi, this could be because it is a new phone/battery......if mine is sitting at say 15% it does take a good few hours to get up to 100%..... Do you leave the phone switched on during charging...if so check what apps etc are using the most power....top of the list should be your screen but look for abnormally high usage from an app etc Hope this helps

I got charge five time for apps that were free. I am frustrated because they have it setup where you can not talk to anyone. Everything is either email or a schedule date far out.
Was this when downloading them, and if so did you change (5 times) your credit card details on your iTunes account ? Each time that you do so a small temporary store holding charge may be applied to check that the card details are correct and valid and that it's registered to exactly the same name and address as on your iTunes account - your card issuer should remove it within a few days or so.

Charged a total of three times for App. I only purchased one time!!!
I was charged twice for an item i didnt purchase but once. One of the orders went threw and the other one didnt but it says i owe for both. I never wanted to purchase but one. In the beginning it told me the order didnt go threw which is why I even pressed purchase again. I recievced the minutes the after second purchase but it says i owe for both and now i cant download free apps it say the payment was declined for two other seperate orders for the exact same thing that i did not purchase. WHAT DO I DO!!!!

Sending the same email message several times to contacts. Turned off iCloud, but still sending message.
A user had synced all of his contacts from his computer and iPhone to his iCloud. Today, his iCloud sent out the same message 20 times to all recipients. We were able to transfer all calendar items and contacts back to his pc and then disable iCloud. However, it still sent out the messages. Any ideas?It's a carrier issue. I have AT&T and had this issue with my friend (who had an Android) and my mother (who had a feature phone). Both of them have Verizon for service and I'm thinking the issue was on Verizon's end. They both just dealt with it as we tried all sorts of things to get this sorted out (other than contacting Verizon directly) and had no luck.
They've both switched to iPhones so it's a moot point for us now, at least.

How did you do that? Do you mean you sync to iTunes that had the ipad library?
The phone with the issue, settings - general - reset - erase all contents and settings - this will wipe the phone clean and then restore from your backup. -

Try this first - Reset the iPad by holding down on the Sleep and Home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons. (This is equivalent to rebooting your computer.)

Make sure your computer is on while charging iPad via USB. If iPad is connected to a computer that’s turned off or is in sleep or standby mode, the iPad battery will continue to drain.

Blackberry App - Charged 5 times for App - can't get help
I downloaded this app this week and was charged 5 times for the app. Could not get an activation code. I contacted the support for the app and they gave me an activation code but said that I had to deal with Blackberry Apps to get a refund.
Blackberry apps is impossible to deal wtih. They do not respond to my emails. There is no phone number to call. The Blackberry refunds setup does not work - everytime I try it I get this message:
"An unknown error occured processing your refund reqest. Please try again later."
Any suggestions. I guess I am going to have to copy all my emails and send them by Canada Post to Thosten Heins to get a response.

I do not know for sure what method for requesting refund you are using (there are some links to pages "out there" that I believe are not valid anymore), but the proper method is to ring up your mobile service provider and request escalation up to BlackBerry support. You might have to fight with your carrier...we hear "stories" all the time about the "training competence" of carrier agents. But that is the correct method to use AFAIK.
