PROBLEM: I tried to download an app and it first says: buy or cancel. i press buy then it goes to payment info. required. i put my password in and click billing info... I don't know what to do from here... I have money on my account but it still asks for billing info... i have no credit card to put down so what do i do?

What exactly happens when you try to buy something ? If you've already removed the card from your account then iTunes shouldn't be asking for any details about it.
If you log into into your account is the card still shown . On your computer's iTunes you should be able to edit your payment info by going into the Store > View Account menu option and logging into your account, and on your account's details page there should be a payment link. If you are doing it on your phone then tap on your id in Settings > iTunes & App Store and tap on 'View Apple ID' on the popup and log into your account - that should also give you a payments link on your account's page.

So, I have 1.39 left on my account from a gift card I got on Christmas. Today I decided I wanted to buy a song but when I tried to purchase it, it sent me to edit my billing information. I keep pressing "none", but it says my purchase cannot be completed. How can I fix this?
Nevermind, I just had to edit my information because I had moved...XD

My husband and I share an email address. he now has a new phone which requires a link with itunes; he'd also like an itunes account. However, when he tries to set up an account, he repeatedly gets told the user name - ie our email address, is already taken. And then his attempt fails. SO surely two people with the same email address can have seperate apple accounts?
