I have been charged by Itunes for apps from China I did not purchase I hit report a problem but it sent me in circles, what do I do?

    Contact the iTunes Music Store customer support department through the form at the bottom of this web page and explain the problem to them. They should then issue a credit to your account.
    And you might want to change your password to your iTMS account, just in case someone has indeed gotten access to your account.

    Welcome to the Apple Community.
    Try deleting the problematic file (electing to remove original file if/when prompted) and then re-downloading the file from the iTunes store.
    You can re-download content purchased from the iTunes store (availability varies depending on location) using the purchased option from the Quick Links section in the top right corner of the iTunes homepage in your iTunes application on your computer.

    If you believe that your account has been hacked, then chamge your password and alert your credti card company - ask them about reimbursement.

    Is the email from Apple e.g. it's not a phishing attempt to try and get your account and payment details (there are a number of fake purchase emails doing the rounds) ? You can check your account's purchase history via your computer's iTunes : See your purchase history in the iTunes Store - Apple Support.
    If it shows there and you didn't rent it, and nobody else has access to your account or devices and made it, then try the 'report a problem' page to contact iTunes Support : http://reportaproblem.apple.com

    Go to www.apple.com/store .  In the right upper area, directly under "support" you should see a link for "account".  Select "account home", and sign in with your Apple ID.  You can access are your billing information here. 
    If you are looking for a refund for the purchases, you must request this from the support web site for the itunes or app's store.  Just state you feel these were fraudulently purchased.

    If these charges are being made to a credit or debit card, the most immediate thing you need to do is to call your credit card company or bank and report the unauthorized charges. That company can contact Apple if they need additional information.
    Next, log into your iTunes Store account and see if the purchases are reflected in the Purchase History. If they are, immediately change the password to your iTunes Store account, making sure it's not something easily guessed or looked up. Then go here:

    and follow the instructions to report the issue to the iTunes Store. 
    If the charges are not reflected in the Purchase History, then it's most likely a fraudulent charge to your credit card directly rather than an unauthorized purchase through your iTunes Store account and it will be up to your bank to handle.

    If it's an app then does it allow you to make in-app purchases within it ? If it does then you can turn off in-app purchases via Settings > General > Restrictions on your device.
