It sounds like you added credit to your iTunes Store account but in iTunes Store on the Apple TV you are being prompted for a verification. I would start by double checking that the gift has been redeemed to your account with this article either on your computer or iOS device:

If so, then Restart the Apple TV:

Restart your Apple TV by selecting Settings > General > Restart.
If the issue persists, would you mind elaborating what the message says word for word?

Does anyone know how to fix this. I have tried unplugging it waiting 30secs and then plugging it back in. I have tried restarting, updating and reseting but nothing is working. It's quite frustrating!!!! Any suggestions????

I have taken it back to the Apple store genius bar, but they say they don't see anything wrong. Well unless you use it all day and experience the problems when they happen, you wont see anything wrong. But there are lots wrong with it. But this would be the same store as I purchased the phone. And they backed up my old Iphone 4, but were not able to get anything to load back onto my new phone. So, I lost pretty much everything. But over time, some of my contacts have started showing up, although i am still missing over 800 of them.

Photos that were synced from your computer using iTunes can only be deleted by de-selecting them from the folder from where they were synced - and then re-syncing.
Connect the iPad to the computer and launch iTunes.
Click on the iPad name on the left side under devices.
Click on the Photos Tab on the right.
Uncheck all of the albums that you want to remove under the Sync Photos From heading
Click on Apply in the lower right corner of iTunes
If you are using iTunes 11 and you can't see the sidebar go to View>Show Sidebar from the menu at the top.

Apparently it's related to the Firefox plug in.
This isn't exactly a solution but more of a way to avoid opening PDFs with Firefox's plug in.
1. Highlight "Tools" from the Menu Bar in the top left of the screen (or click "Options" if using the Firefox Compact Menu)
2. Select to "Options
3. Select "Applications"
4. Look for "Adobe Acrobat Document" under Content Type and to the right under Action select "Use Adobe Reader (default)" instead of the using Adobe Acrobat in Firefox
5. Open a test PDF. It should open in it's own window now.
Again, not a complete solution but something that'll at least let you scroll with PDFs open.

You're out of space. Do you sync music to your phone? If so, try syncing it over in 128kb which will save a lot of room. Option is right in front of you in iTunes when you plug phone in.

There is a transparent color over my file in muse whenever I'm editing the file, does anyone know how to remove this?

You will have to sign in using your Apple ID and password when purchasing from iTunes.

Just purchased Elements12, can't download Raw images from SD card from new Panasonic Lumix DMC-Gx7. CF card from Canon 5D works fine. I understand I have to upgrade camera raw, does anyone know how to do this and where to fine it. Please and thank you..

Can you please tell us which operating system you are running on and details of the camera producing the raw images (Make & Model).
Each different camera model has it's own unique format of the raw file and so the camera raw has to be updated occasionally. Gives us the details above and we can help you further.
I'm new with windows 8 and brand new computer

FWIW, my Help/Updates does not work. My ACR is 8.0 and each time that ACR has been updated during the last year I have tried to update it through Help/Updates and each time I have received in the Application Manager window that opens the text, "Your applications are all up to date." I suppose it is possible that the fact that I have an updated copy of LIghtroom (5.6) is confusing the Application Manager.
Because I do all my Raw processing in LR it does not really bother me that the PSE 12 ACR plugin does not update.

I have music match. Several songs are combined on one song so that it will not download from the cloud, does anyone know how to fix this?

I have one song listed but when I go to download it from the cloud it shows 480 songs and never downloads it. This is music that I own so I don't understand why this isn't working right. Can anyone help?

Delete the current copy of the song from iTunes and then download again (free) from your purchased history.
If the problem persists contact iTunes Store support staff through the report a problem links in your account history.

My ipod is linked to the family computer. i just took a bunch of cd's to work and downloaded them onto my itunes account but when i went to plug in my ipod to my work computer it says all the songs on my ipod would be lost.

how do i free myself from my family computer, keep my music and then hook upto my work computer to download all the songs into my ipod that I downloaded from my cd's?
