If you use Photoshop at all, you may need to install the latest update to resolve this issue. See this blog post for more information:

If you do not have Photoshop, then try the solution that others have mentioned previously:
Open the Adobe Application Manager (AAM).
If applicable, let AAM complete any automatic updates and restart itself.
Sign in with your Adobe ID. (Optionally, you can close AAM at this point.)
Open a CS6 application (e.g. InDesign CC).
If prompted (e.g. you get the trial screen), click "License This Software" and sign in with your Adobe ID.

Apple only supports Windows on certain hardware.

Apple provides their framework for Windows to run on a Mac, a piece of software called a Hybrid MBR that bridges the gap between how Windows reads the drive partition table (MBR) and EFI/GUID partition table that Mac's use.
It doesn't mean Windows can't run on your Mac, a third party solution called rEFIt will also bridge the gap and allow booting of more that just Windows, Linux as well for a triple booting computer.
Your hardware has to meet the other requirements the second and third operating system needs as as being able to install drivers that will work for your hardware, especially the fans or they will run loud and fast by default.

This above is a advanced procedure which requires knowledge how computers and various operating systems, drive formats and so forth work.
I even admit I don't know everything myself, but I experiment on a separate piece of Mac hardware (out of warranty/AppleCare) designed for this purpose so in case something screws up I'm not taking down my only machine and can use the other to get online and find solutions.
There is a very high potential for losing your data if your using advanced/non-Apple methods to install Windows on your only Mac where Apple doesn't support it. Also one shouldn't be doing this on Mac hardware that is under AppleCare or warranty as it might be voided. Proceed at your own risk and education.

My verizon account is fine, and I am eligible for an upgrade, there is no past due balance.. the order went from being prepared to ship back to processing 2 days before it's supposed to get here.. still says it's going to deliver 9/21, yet it still stuck in processing mode, called apple for the past couple of days since i ordered it ON TIME and basically spoke to 17 different people telling me all different things and seems as if it just becomes more and more of a problem..

No, "My Number" was not listed in my Phone menu, I had to manually type it it. Is there a way for that number to automatically be listed in that "My Number" spot? Would that maybe have something to do with my phone number not being listed as an option in the "Send and Receive" spot under messaging???

I called Verizon. All they could offer is that my phone may not be one of the first ones to get this update, since their website says there is an update, but my phone says there isn't. I checked Samsung's website on the advice of Verizon and chatted with Samsung. They said the current version for the Note 2 is 4.3. I've downloaded photoshop, but I can't past the extraction part...

I'm trying to set up my trial version of photoshop. I've downloaded it, and now I'm at the point that it's asking me to extract the files. I click okay, it goes through the whole process until it hits 100%, and then it disappears. There's no prompt to move forward with the installation. I click on the icon on my desktop again, (cause I'm not sure what else to do), and it asks me to extract the files again. I've done that 3 times now, and I'm not sure how I install the program so I can use it.

Lisa,
A lot will depend on the exact utility that you employ to do the Extraction. The user interaction and dialog screens will differ.
Here are a few general tips. All might not apply, depending on your utility.
1.) Set the location, to where the Extracted files and folder will be written to. I like a TEMP folder on my D:\, but others might make different choices.
2.) If you are asked, DO Extract the entire folder structure. This is very important for most program installers.
3.) If asked, you can View Extracted Files, or similar syntax. This should open Windows Explorer in the destination folder. There you can navigate to the executable.
4.) If not asked, then you can navigate to that folder in Windows Explorer.
After that, HERE are some general tips for installing most Adobe programs.

Try a reset: Simultaneously hold down the Home and On buttons until the device shuts down. Ignore the off slider if it appears. Once shut down is complete, if it doesn't restart on it own, turn the device back on using the On button. In some cases it also helps to double click the Home button and close all apps BEFORE doing the reset.
As far as the icon itself, have you checked all of the home screens (swipe right-left). Also - it could be in a folder (but shouldn't have been placed in off the bat).

Did you download it from a browser or from the Creative cloud desktop app?
If it's a Mac the look in Go>> Applications & if it's Windows then look in C:\Program Files\Adobe or C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe.
If it is not there that means it wasn't downloaded/installed properly and needs to be installed via Adobe Creative cloud desktop app.

Why can you not login into the account ? You should be able to if you remember the account's password, if you can't then you can get it reset e.g. by answering your account's security questions : http://iforgot.apple.com
If you can't reset it via your security questions then contact Support in your country, they should be able to reset your password (and security questions) for you (after they've verified your id and that it's your account).

What email are you talking about, his Apple ID or email setting for the email app? In either case just change it in the appropriate setting.
