I'm having trouble update and purchase any app on my I pad. Whenever I want to update it, it keep asking me to change my payment methods, after I change my credit card info, it said that I have to contact iTunes support.
What should I do then? Please help

The security code is the 3 or 4 digit code on your card - on most cards it's on the back of the card on the signature strip, but on some cards (e.g. Amex cards) it's on the front.

Type in the three digit code from the back of your credit/debit card to update your payment method/information. I had the same "security code invalid" response today... this is all it wanted me to do.

If an Update Appears Install it... if not... you are up to date for your particular Device...

I tried reinstalling/downloading iTunes on my computer but I continue to get error messages concerning problems with my j:drive (no idea what that is) and I'm wondering if this all has to do with the fact that the newest version of iTunes isn't compatible with my Windows XP system? It used to work fine a couple months ago...and now, nothing! Please help...Delete the shortcut from your desktop.
Use Windows Explorer to go into C:\Program Files\iTunes and select the iTunes exe file.
Press Ctrl+C.
Right-click on your desktop and select Paste Shortcut.
Rename to taste.
