I have an issue. Recently I tried to authorize another card to pay my balance due and itunes would not authorize the card. Now that I am looking at my banking statement/ online banking it shows that multiple times the card was charged for the exact amount due ,21.02. but the payment already came out of my primary banking account, What do I do because I can not speak to a regular person since it is an Itunes account issue. I need some sort of help and I really want the funds refunded... I took screen shots proving all of this information.

    Currently, if your purchase happens to be your most recent purchase you will not be redirected to the report form, in this case use the report a problem option from the invoice that was emailed to you.

    I would start by saving your address book(s). See https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/standalone-address-book then export your addresses using LDIF format.
    Since servers and accounts are all different, it would seem best to start with a fresh profile. Look at https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/profiles-tb#w_how-to-find-your-profile and then with TB not running, delete that file. Restart TB and it will create a new profile. Add your new accounts to that. You can import your saved address book.

    I have been having problem with switching my Iphone on, it appears not  to power on.  I had went to the Apple store today and was advised that they will clean the handset which appeared to be not clean when instering the charger to the phone.  The phone powered up which I was happy as I have not backed up any of my contact numbers, and now phoneless.
    I was then told that my warranty had exspired which I was not aware and had not recieved any information about when my warranty was coming to an end.  I have discussed this with T Mobile as I had recieved my upgrade from them and they had appointed me to to go the Apple store as this may be a fault. 
    when I arrived home the phone had done the same thing and it would not power up again. is there anyway I can be advised on this please. Apple have told me to speak to T Mobile but they had said hopefully there should not be any fault to the phone.

    If you're in the US, you did NOT receive this device as an upgrade from TMobile as they do not carry iPhones.
    If you are in another country, you do not have a CDMA iPhone... heck for that matter you do not have a CDMA iPhone under any circumstances if you are using TMobile.
    Warranty is 1yr from purchase of a new device, 90 days for a refurbished device.

    You just need to put a shortcut on your screen (Windows) or add Photoshop to the Dock (Mac). You can accomplish this in Windows by clicking Start, All Programs, and navigating to Adobe Photoshop, which may be a standalone program near the top of the list, or may be in a folder under Adobe or Adobe Photoshop; when you find it, click and hold with the right mouse button and drag to the desktop, then release and select create shortcut.  For the Mac, you will need to open Finder, navigate to Applications and on to Adobe Photoshop, then drag the icon to the Dock.

    Call your credit card company immediately and dispute the charges - sounds as though someone has used your credit card especially since there is nothing showing on your account as purchased.
