HT204088 I purchased app credits for $10 and never received them. How do I get my refund?
Not sure how to go about disputing this purchase, but I never received my in-game credits for, "Door Slammers Drag Racing". Now I would either like my money back, or the in-game credits to be applied to me account.

I have purchased some rubbies from the app game call paradise cove, and never rcvd them. I did it 5 times because each time I purchased them it went back to the home page of my phone....When I went back into the app game the rubbies were not there. Now looking at my back account I have rcvd a apple receipt for charges from the games I play and have relaize that I was charge for all 5 times that I choose the rubbies and never got them...So the first thing is I want my money back for something I never rcvd plus I want you guys to fix the game and allow us to purchased the rubies.

I purchased rubies in paradise cove app. Some error occurred while purchasing on june 9 and never received them. I thought I wasn't charged for them since I didn't get them. I repurchased the same item on june 11 and received them. Can I be refunded for the 1st purchase on june 9 ?.

Did you create a NEW Apple ID or did you change the email address for your OLD Apple ID? This will affect how you update apps in the future.
Anyway, go to Settings/iTunes&App Stores, log out, then log in with the new ID. -
I pre-ordered an album and i did not get it! i payed 14 some dollars for it and never received it i checked to see if i bought it and it said i did. i looked to see if i could re download the album but i dont know how please help!
If you are in a country where music can be redownloaded then it should show in the Purchased tab in the iTunes store app on your phone, and the Purchased link under Quicklinks on the right-hand side of the iTunes store homepage on your computer's iTunes. If it doesn't show there then does the Store > Check For Available Downloads menu option on your computer's iTunes find it ?

I think this thing read right before I loaded Yahoo Tool Bar so I could use Yahoo Mail as my default. Since then It hasn't been correct. It did read (4 unread) for a while then for some reason it changed to 6.
If that Toolbar is faulty, reloading it probably isn't going to do anything, just disable it and see if that problem goes away.

It it's an audiobook then they are currently one-time only downloads, so if you do redownload them then you will be charged again for doing so. -
