HT204088 I purchased Whatsapp from iTunes and it was my first purchase but amount charged twice from my account

        Need some assistance. I purchased "whatsapp" from iTunes store on 23rd Jan 2013 and it was my first ever purchased app from iTunes. The application cost is 55 Indian Rupees on iTunes store and when I provided my payment details rupees 60 has been charged from my account and I received the SMS confirmation. After two days on 25th Jan 2013 I received another SMS alert that Rupees 55 has been charged for purchase made on iTunes however I didnt purchase any other item except Whatapp on 23rd. I dont know why the double amount was charged for single purchase. Does anyone else faces the same kind of issue?

In the iTunes Store on the right under Quick Links click Purchased (new).
You'll be able to re download past purchases for free if you are a resident of the U.S., and have iTunes 10.3 or later installed.

    If you are in the UK, and the film studio allows re-downloading, and you are signed in with the same account that you bought them with, then they might show under the Purchased link under Quinklinks on the right-hand side of the iTunes store home page for re-downloading - if they don't show then check to see if they are hidden (hiding and unhiding).
    But you should be keeping and maintaining your own backup of your downloads and noy rely on being able to re-download any item as they are occasionally removed from the store by the content provider (film studio, tv company, record company etc).

    Do the problem songs play in iTunes on the computer?
    Is Settings>iTunes and App Store signed into the account that purchased them?
    Can yo redownlod them directly to the iPod by:
    Downloading past purchases from the App Store, iBookstore, and iTunes Store         
    Do they show up in the Purchased list?
    Do you have any Restrictions (Settings>General>Restrictions) set that would prevent syncing/loading those songs?

    Does the Store > Check For Available Downloads menu option find it ? If not, then depending upon what country that you are in (music can't be re-downloaded in all countries), does it show under the Purchased link under Quicklinks on the right-hand side of the iTunes store home page on your computer's iTunes for downloading (if there is an complete download of the track listed in the Music part of your library then you will need to delete it from there before it will get the cloud symbol in Purchased for redownloading) ?

    iTunes 11 does some thinks differently. See:

    Also
    If you  have iTunes 11 turn on the Sidebar. Go to iTunes>View and click on Show Sidebar. You can also do a Crtl+S to show the sidebar. The sidebar is where Devices appears. and Control+B to show the Menu bar

    Part of the validation for credit cards is that they need to be registered to exactly the same name and address that you have on your iTunes account, which prepaid cards tend not to be. Do you have a proper credit card that you could use ? Or are iTunes gift cards available in your country so that you could try using them as your payment method ?
    Until you have a valid payment method on your account and what you owe iTunes has been paid off then you won't be able to download any item from the store, including free apps (and updates to apps).

  • ITunes doesnt list the album songs in order. i bought the album from itunes and managed to fix some songs, but 2 tracks are still out of order

    I bought "Ultraviolence" from iTunes on release day. When I got it, the songs were arranged in order and everything was as it should be. However, ysterday, just 1 day after purchasing the album, the first 5 songs of the album jumped to the back. I was able to return the first 3 songs to their original position, however tracks 4 and 5 are still stuck at the bottom and nothing i do seems to be able to bring them back to where they're suppose to be.
