  • HT3702 i was charged 3 times for the same movie how do i get my refund

i was charged 3 times for the same movie.

You can try the 'report a problem' link from your purchase history : log into your account on your computer's iTunes via the Store > View Account menu option and you should then see a Purchase History section with a 'see all' link to the right of it ; click on that and you should see a list of your purchases ; find that film and use the 'Report a Problem' link and fill in details about the problem (iTunes support should reply within, I think, about 24 hours).
Or (and if the 'report a problem' link doesn't work) then you can try contacting iTunes support via this page : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/- click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page.

The battery will run UP TO 7 hours.
The run time depends on what you are doing.
Anything that puts a heavy load on the CPU will reduce the run time.
There is a fixed amount of energy in a charged battery.
The faster you take energy out the shorter the run time will be.
    Turn off bluetooth.
Reduce backlight to as low as is comfortable for you.  I use level 5.
Watching video uses a lot of energy.

  • I was charged $99.99 for an app on 2/25/12 how do I get a refund?

On 2/25/12 I was charged $99.99 for an App (Deer Hunter Challenge, Hunter Cart) that we already have the Deer Hunter Challenge App.  I need to know how I can get a refund?  The order number was M****MFX.  The total amount of the charge was $113.97.  I also want to know why (Deer Hunter Challenge, 70K Credits Pack) for $6.99 was charged twice.  I don't even know what the credits pack are for.  Please help me out or give me a phone number that I can speak to a live customer service person.
    Thank you,

    Hi Lisa,
First, please edit your message and delete your phone number. It is visible to millions of people.
Second, go to iTunes > iTunes Store, click your account, authenticate, and click Purchases, click the suspected app and click the Report a Problem button.
Third, go to your iPhone's Settings and disable in-app purchases so this won't happen again.
If necessary, dispute the charge with your bank or credit card company.
As far as contacting Apple is concerned, click "Contact Us" at the bottom of this page. This is a user-to-user support site, and Apple doesn't read it. Hope this helps!

Getting the request for a serial number means that at some time you had the iWork ’09 trial installed. You need to delete the trial & then reinstall from the boxed DVD or the Mac App Store. The files to delete are the iWork ’09 folder from the main HD > Applications; the iWork ’09 folder in HD > Library > Application Support & the individual iWork application plist files found in HD > Users > (your account) > Library > Preferences for each user. The easiest way to fix the problem is to use Yvan Koenig's AppleScript that removes the files. You can find it on his box.com account in for_iWork'09 > other_iWork'09 items > uninstall iWork '09.zip. Download uninstall iWork '09.zip, decompress it, open it in AppleScript Editor and click the Run button.
Apple's support article on the subject says it's due to having a copy of the trial that is a higher version that the one you've purchased, but I'm not sure that is very common. This problem started with Snow Leopard & it seems to be some code in the iWork installers that doesn't do what it should.

  • HT1933 I was charged three times for one of my purchases. How do I get a refund?

There were problems with iTunes while I was purchasing and I was charged three times for the same purchase. I am not on the same workstation here iTunes is installed now. How do I get a refund without using the receipt function?

I found this link on another post: http://www.apple.com/emea/support/itunes/contact.html?form=account&topic=iTunes% 20Store%20Account%20and%20Billing#
And I was able to submit a request. Let's see if it solves the problem.

    Hello jumanjet,
Thanks for the question, and welcome to Apple Support Communities.
I understand you are having issues adding payment information to your account.
If your account information does not match your credit card, you may get a message stating "The credit card was declined."
To expand on the above, your billing name or address may not match the address listed on your credit card statement. Any discrepancy in punctuation, abbreviation, or capitalization can cause errors, which might prevent you from purchasing from the iTunes Store. If you moved, or if your zip code changed recently, ask your credit card company to make sure their records are up to date and match exactly what you are entering as your billing information.

  • I purchased an iPhone5 at an unclaimed items police auction yesterday, but after I charged it and turned it on, it is asking me for the passcode which unfortunately I was not supplied with. Is there a way to get around the code or have I wasted my money?

If the Phone is Running iOS 7... then it has Activation Lock Enabled.

More than likely... I believe ebay has an area where you may be able to sell it for parts.
