Tony I was charged twice for a product. I authorized one purchase for a 6 month subscription to Grindr and then I was also charged for a 1 year subscription please remove the one year subscription and refund my card... My bank said to go through apple to get the refund or it would be fraud and we would have to go through a long process. please help me out over 60$ is a lot of money for anyone ...

The material has batch split and we are facing an error while cancelling transfer order for one item.Now here 4 items are there out of which item 1 is batch split i am able to cancel transfer order for 2,3 and 4 item whereas in item 1,sub category 10 (pick quantity is grade out) can you suggest why i am not able to cancel it.

Since item 10 is covered via WM hence the picking qty is grayed out.
You can go the document flow and find out for item 10 what is the TO no and also if its completed ( confirmed) or not. If its confirmed, then you cant cancel the TO.
If its no you can cancel the TO via LT15.

I recently updated my IMac software to the latest version, now i can't see by WD back up drive in time machine. its conected to the firewire port ok and i can see it if i check firewire connections. The drive works ok on an old windows laptop. Any ideas.

Duplicate your book and try to change the theme in the copy. Chnaging the theme may change the layout of your text fileds. That is why you need the copy to be able to compare the pages before and after.
Ctrl-click the book in the Source list and select "Duplicate".
Click the "Change Theme" button in the upper right corner of the Book pane, make sure, you have the same theme selected and the same size. Click Hardcover.
