I don't use itunes. I see bills on my credit card statement that I think I didn't make. I want to review orders online without using itunes.

It would help a great deal- I restored my phone from a backup after my iphone crashed- but I had downloaded many apps since then, so now I have to re-download all the missing apps. Thing is I cant remember all of them?

Other than that, in iTunes, from top menus (forget which one, think under help) you can access your account and then view purchase history. -

If your phone is offline, the ONLY way to find it is to look for it the old fashioned way. Your phone CANNOT be located electronically if it's offline.

Many users keep their iTunes libraries on external drives. You just have to remember to connect and power up the drive before launching iTunes.

Yes. Connect your iPhone to your computer, launch iTunes. Select your iPhone under Devices on the left. Select "Apps" in the menu. You can drag apps to any of the home screens you want, then click: Apply bottom right corner of the iTunes window.

There isn't an iOS 7.4 - there was a 7.0.4 (and 7.0.6), 7.1 is the current version.

I've received an email of an unauthorised access which states it was done in Canada, is there any way I can request Apple to inform me what the IP address that made unauthorised access was?

Would a subject access request possibly allow me to recieve this information? The only way they could give anyone such an IP address would be if they received a court order to do so, if even then; I don't know what sort of tracking and logs they do.
However, if this email claimed that someone had tried to reset your password and in any way gave you a link to click to confirm your account information, the email was almost certainly a phish. Such phishing messages have been quite common over the last two or three weeks and should be deleted without responding. You may wish to manually type in the URL for Apple's page for managing an Apple ID and change your password, just as a precaution, and make sure you've set good security questions using responses that can't just be looked up for you (they don't have to be real information; you can use any response you wish as long as you can remember what you entered).

We Have managed to lose the insert page that came with our dvd and digital copy. Is there a way i can still download the digital copy without the redemption code?

Is there a way I can still install apps from the Applications disc on Mavericks?
A few weeks ago, I was installing a new SSD into a 2009 MBP. I reinstalled Snow Leopard from the disc that came with the computer and proceeded to upgrade to Mavericks. Unfortunately, unbeknownst to me, you cannot install the iLife applications (namely, iPhoto) from the Applications disc once you upgrade past Snow Leopard. Is there a way I can still install these applications without having to buy them through the app store?

I occasionally need to copy a picture from a blog or website and modify it for my own use. No matter how I try to do this, generally in Pages or MSWord for Mac, I can't find a way to unlock the frame or picture so that I can copy just the picture. Is there some way to do this?
Right-click on the website image. Copy Image. In Word, Edit > Paste Special > As Picture (TIFF).
You may wind up with a black border around a white background. That is because the default Word wrap is Inline with Text. Right-click on your blank image, and choose a different Wrap Text submenu choice, such as behind or in front of text. Your image will appear in a borderless container. -
Is there a way i can organise my apps in itunes?
Hi, I'm pretty sure i've looked everywhere in itunes to see if there is a way to organise the thousands of iOS Apps I have but so far I cannot see one. Can someone shed light on how to best organise apps so that you can for example, put games you like in one place, apps you don't like in another, as well as add them to an iOS device from these organised categories (ie: I'd like to create a category that I would just dump to all my iOS devices)...
It seems very painful to scroll through 1000s of applications in a tiny tiny window that I cannot make full screen or eliminate things I don't want to look at 'now' and then have to do this many times separately for every iOS device I have. Basically my iTunes is totally useless as it is unless I want to spend 12 hours for each device...
I am not asking how to organise them on the iOS device itself via iTunes - even with 16 files per folder that itself is painful, but not as painful as having to deal with iTunes as already stated.
offtopic: is there a way in iTunes I can show only free things? I do buy things, but I want to see free things only on occasions - such as in search results.
Any suggestions? (my devices are not jailbroken and have no wish to, so please suggest things that work on non-jailbroken devices thanks)zhulien wrote:

Delete the apps you don't use and don't get every single app in the store.
